I am writing to warn others about the completely unprofessional and contradictory service from LGR Attorneys regarding my credit card account. What Happened: I received a "Festive Settlement Offer" to settle my account with a significant discount by a specific date. I was willing and ready to pay, but their documentation contained contradictory information - stating one payment date in the letter, while simultaneously stating the offer was only valid for 7 days from an earlier date (meaning it would expire before the stated payment deadline). My Attempts to Resolve: Email 1: Requested clarification on contradictory dates - NO RESPONSE Email 2: Follow-up email next day - NO RESPONSE Phone Call 1: Held for 59 MINUTES before my phone cut off - NO RESPONSE Email 3: Second follow-up documenting poor service - NO RESPONSE Phone Call 2: Held for 34 MINUTES - NO RESPONSE The Insult: While I was on hold trying to settle this account, I received an SMS threatening me with COURT SUMMONS for non-payment! How can they: Threaten legal action for non-payment While simultaneously IGNORING my attempts to pay While providing contradictory settlement documentation While keeping me on hold for hours with no response This is unacceptable debt collection practice. I have been trying for 4 DAYS to get written confirmation so I can settle this account, and instead of responding professionally, they threaten me with legal action. Advice to Others: Insist on everything in writing Document all communication attempts Check all documentation for contradictions Be prepared for extremely poor customer service Know your rights with the NCR and Ombudsman for Banking Services I am now escalating this to the Legal Practice Council, National Credit Regulator, and Ombudsman for Banking Services. Applied for a Nedbank credit card and every time Nedbank phones me the call drops. I have emailed them every time it happens and no one get back to me with a answer. i phone their call center only to tell me they cant get hold of me. The only way to speak to them is when they phone me again. Nedbank what's going on?
After Many Attempts that i made contact with DMC I'm still listed on ITC because of fraught that was committed on my name. The TFG Group gave me a letter to state that this matter was in fact fraught and also advise that the account it closed. I have send this letter over and over and also spoken to the TFG Group today and they advise that DMC needs to clear my ITC. Supplier ID 6568 Account No 27828584
Trying for 3 days just to solve a hosting package, Support poor and don't get back to us. loaded 4 support tickets and nothing happens, phoned them have to speak to Claudia or Millay who's on the line busy and will return my call.
Worst service ever!!!!!!! after numerous phone calls to mtn about SMS problems with my contract Still No success in solving the problem its been a week now. staff don't even know their own product that they are selling. Voice prompts that ask for your cellphone and MTN pin cant even detect your details. So getting a hold of a MTN Representative is a luck of the draw. trying to speak to a manager is impossible as they are always in meetings probably discussing there next public holiday. 2 technical references has been logged and not one with success REF1: ********** 97 logged on the 9/03/2018 Ref 2 : SMC/ ********** 5156 logged on the 13/03/2018 Can somebody please advise me if i lose business because of MTN's bad service will they reimburse me for loss of business. they are quick to stop your service if payment is not received but if MTN needs to solve a problem they can take their time even if the service is already paid for but cant be used
I have applied for a internet line 3 weeks ago and still I have no line installed, After the 7th call to the call center I was informed that the wrong telephone number was allocated to my line and they need to escalate it. Then again I did not ask for a phone number I just want a internet line.
