Pathetic Service from Momentum Pension Fund Division, I resigned from my previous employer on 01 September 2024, 5 months later I am still waiting for momentum to finalize my transaction. I have been patient enough with momentum but not being prioritized.
My mother had a medical aid with this company since year 2000. The company decided to cancel her medical aid without her consent... apparently they did not receive payments and they didn't do enough to get hold of her. When we finally called them they say she must re-apply.
Mtn charged me 3 times my normal contract value with no prior explanation. My contract is capped, when my data is depleted I wait for the next topup date so I don't understand this
Cell c didn't clear my name from unpaid contract after I submitted a proof that my Identity was stolen and used to commit fraud... this took place over a year ago. All other service providers cleared my name... your unprofessionalism just led to me losing out on home loan

iRepiar Pavallion: They replaced my screen for iPhone 7 in May 2019, 3 months later their screen is cracking inside. Their technician said it is because of the pressure and I must pay again for them to replace the screen again. He couldn't tell me the cause of the pressure.
I had a contract with Telkom and it expired in June. I submitted a cancellation notice but they still bill my account. I went to the branch again and they told me it is cancelled but still they bill my account
