Stay away from this company. I ordered a steamer on 05th of December, 10 days later after several follow ups and even going physically to their office in Booysens I was told that they don’t have stock. I asked for a refund and up to now no feedback on when they will refund. Won’t be supporting this company anymore. You quick to take our money but we have to beg to get it back .
We are appalled by FlySafair approach. We booked flights to Durban in June 2025 to fly this Saturday 9th August and return on afternoon of 10th. All booked and paid for. Today we get notification to pay additional 2000 rands and they have the audacity to propose alternative dates with added cost as it’s suites them . Are we now supposed to fund your company inefficiencies. This is ******ion. Get you act right or you will soon follow all the other airlines that fail to exist today
Absolute disappointment from this dealership. I purchased a brand new Suzuki swift which was a gift for my son who turned 21. Agreement was that the dealership settle my existing Suzuki at book value. The sales manager assessed the vehicle and agreed on the settlement which was given to me in writing.We agreed that I will only collect the new vehicle on the 19th April. Much to my disappointment I got a call 2 Days before collection of new vehicle advising me that there is a shortfall of 8k on my existing vehicle, and this was because apparently I gave the person assessing the trade in the wrong model 2024 instead of 2023. I’m quite surprised cos 3 days to collection I called the dealership to check whether it was okay to hand in the existing vehicle on same day we collect the new one . The sales manager said “ oh sorry I forgot about your trade in and would treat it as a buy in”. Because of the commitments already made I was forced into paying this money. I called the dealer principal and I must say , the level of ignorance and arrogance was really overwhelming. Whilst talking he says “ I’ll check something and get back to you” . I had to call him back and he tells me the same thing we already talked about. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone if you want peace of mind . If you made a mistake admit it . If it was not for the predicament you put me in , I would have cancelled the contract and bought my vehicle elsewhere. Mr Lance , you and your dealership lack ethics. I purchased 2 chairs online from Makro which was delivered to me on 14th February. Unfortunately these chairs were not to my satisfaction so I decided to return it. The on line return policy states that we can try it to nearest store . So I went to Makro Alberton returns department and they refused to take the chairs stating that I must create an online return which I did on the same day. To date I have not heard anything from Makro. Chairs still not uplifted and no refund. This is such appalling service, zero understanding of customer service. This is now second bad experience with Makro.
Much to my surprise, my account was debited today 17 December when contractually debit order is for 25th of every month. When I call Wesbank , I was told by the representative that because people are getting paid early in December therefore debit order was moved to earlier date. My message to Wesbank , it’s my money and my bank account. Who are you to determine when I get paid and when you can take your money.You have no right to do what you did,I have not defaulted on payments. You are breaching the contract. I would like to know if you now going to pay all the bank charges that are incurred for the reversal. I won’t accept this bullying tak tik and if you think I’m obligated to you , please come fetch your car and cancel this agreement. You are very unprofessional. Debit order is 25th . Get this in your freaking head.
First time using Makro on line platform. Absolutely appalling service. I could not track my delivery. Tried their watsup service , really frustrating. Not getting any constructive answers.You sharing links to your courier company Value logistics and these links don’t work. Makro being such a big company, please look at the amount of bad reviews you getting. Companies like you should rather close down your on line platform. You are pathetic and *********** to say the least.
I’ve experienced the worst service from McDonald’s Columnbine Jhb South. I went through the drive thru and ordered 6 chilli cheese burgers. Then drove to the first window again asked the guy if chilli cheese , and same at the second window, collected my food then came home only to find it’s regular burger. I called the manager who was very apologetic but took no action to rectify. My message to this manager, you and your staff are ***********. I’m paying for the food, you not giving it to me for free. Please get your act right .
Visited the restaurant on Sunday 29 July. Absolutely appalling. Waiter just presented menus and then never returned. Place was practically empty yet their service was so bad. We approached the manager who was basking in the Sun , she looked so dumbfounded.Still didn’t do anything to resolve or make good Definitely not a pleasant experience and not a place to support.
I app**** for a credit limit increase of 10k and Nedbank instead issued me with another credit card to the value of 20k . Since I received the card it didn’t work and when I called the Nedbank call centre I was told they offline and cannot help.Hence I had to compromise and transfer funds to another account using the app. If they were offline when I contacted Nedbank the professional thing to do is return the call when you back online which never happened.Fast track to yesterday, I went to the Nedbank The Glen and again they couldn’t assist and referred me to call centre. Tried calling 3 times and consultants couldn’t hear me and on 4th attempt I got thro however when I tried closing both credit card accounts I was told that there is pending transaction on the 1 account and that we have to wait cos the vendor needs to process on their end.So net net account cannot be closed yet the account is paid up . I disputed then the consultant said she’s referring me to another department but cut me off and never bothered calling back . I’m sitting with an unresolved issue and paying Intrest on a paid up account. Nedbank your staff are unprofessional and need training on what customer service means. How do you want me to use a credit card that does not work .Sorry to say your institution is pathetic 😳No wonder you have such a poor trust index
Called today to close my credit card account. Spoke to a lady by name of Kgotso Maluleka who was absolutely rude and very arrogant and does not know what customer service is. I'm still being told that although this account is closed if the credit card gets into wrong hand and if there is *****ulent activity I will still be liable. Really standard bank. Maybe if you do your job right then this will not be the case. Your service is really bad. I'm glad I'm done with your credit card. Next stop is closing all my other accounts with you.
