I went to the Sportscene store at Dwarsloop. I was looking for gloves. The, salesperson there ordered for me on BASH apparently, and went and collected the item which was too small, i was then sent to exchange at Totalsports Bushbuckridge which is a bit of a stretch from my house. I sent my mom since I was at work. She got there and was told they needed my debit card for refund, which I used for payment. I then drove to Totalsport myself. When I got there they told me I couldn't exchange and needed to call Bash myself and make the arrangement. What is this service? Why the ups and downs with my petrol? Why was the message not told to my mom yesterday? And why must i call Bash myself if they ordered on my behalf?
i am thoroughly disappointed with Nissan RSA, i will never recommend anyone to purchase a nissan brand ever. let me just say i bought a brand new X-trail 2019 model and ever since i have regretted my choice. whenever i took the car to service something just came back wrong, i last took my car to Nissan Hoedspruit last year and something was wrong after getting it back, i called them right after the service and i was told its normal after a major service. fast forward the car became worse to a point it stopped running in December 2023, i called NIssan RSA i was told they will come and get the car on the 2nd of January 24 which they did. ever since that day when they took the car i have not heard anything with regard to any update, that is my only mode of transport. i have continued to pay for a "repair" on the car of which the workshop said i must pay but no word from Nissan. i feel they dont care my car has been with Nissan for over a month without any update as i speak to you. is this how you treat your clients or its just the black females ?
I bought 4 pairs of shoes on Wednesday the 2nd of November 2022 at Edgar's hazyview.i was so excited buying the shoes but my happiness was short lived. I wore d 1 blue 👠 today for the first time yoooio d heal came out just a step from my car 2 my office.mind u d embarrassment in front of the bank. Your store sell us d cheapest quality n I will never ever buy there again coz dis is my 2nd experience with u yooo
S0 yesterday I visited sheet street in bushbuckridge with my baby sister let me say d ladies der know sales i even bot thing i didn't need coz wow. It was d 1st time i got 2d store 3 b assists d way which made me2 hate d store but i must confess my mind was changed n l start visiting some more.tnx ladies u wer patient kind n knew ur story
Just as I was about 2 walk out of d door from miway I was frustrated but here came vuyiswa n put me at ease. Ended up saving money n a smile on my face. Miway u r truly blessed 2 hav an employee of dat magnitude
Yesterday was my birthday i went to spur with my family.on arrival i told my waiter about my day asked if he could arrange for a birthday song so my kids can sing along he said yes wen i was about to leave i reminded him he said he forgot.k even my bill had no sweets nothing no special treatment nothing yooooo.n dey pride themselves wit good service

I have a policy with sanlam which I have had for a while now I made the debit order day to be on the 20th however they debit my account before the date.which amount to bank charge of R150 I called their agent to fix the problem they did not.i am angry n their service sucks.i work for a company that pays everytime on dat particular day I was not crazy to put d debit order like dat.who is eligible to pay for my bank charges?
Telkom reviewed my account after I lodged a complaint of debt collectors calling my cell phone of outstanding balance n yes after me traveling 300km to my nearest branch they found out it was indeed fraud.since then I have not recieved any clearance letter or the resolution from itc.the fraud accounts still appears on my name yet they resolved 3 months ago.help me
Home choice created a new account on my name which I never applied for.no delivery of goods nothing now I send them an affidavit but still they say they can't help me.please help I am listed as a bad payer from itc to clear my name
