Arriving as a table of 8 ( my sister and her husband and our kids) we were left to wait standing outside for 25-30 mins after requesting we can just be seated as our kids were getting restless. The management made us beg to sit down We were seated at a 4 man table , i then asked why they cannot put two empty tables together and we would sit with the kids on our laps and when a booth opened we could be accommodated . while we were waiting outside 4 people who were sitting at the bar were given a booth. ( they could have been given a 4 man table) - Our waitress apologized as she didn't know we were waiting outside ( no communication) The management were nowhere to be seen and the waiters were left running around and juggling the whole place. the drinks came after 30 mins and the food after another 45-hour. we had to sit with hungry kids who became miserable after waiting 2+ hours for food after arrival. Management , you need to do better to keep all clients happy not just the ones you see fit , if it was not for the other staff we would have walked out and you would have lost R2000 bill.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE they do not tell you first month is their fees and do not pay your accounts then second month and there after , they pay some accounts and pocket the rest keep saying payments pending. these people are ****mers , they take your money and do not pay or negotiate payment plans with your store. after numerous calls , emails , watsapp , they are always coming with excuses , they will underpay some of your accounts and not pay some at all. N1 City - 60/60 Quality control is a thing of the past , Imagine after referring many people to buy the product you are let down week after week - now having to go back and tell them not to purchase . What the store doesn't realize , yes we get a refund for the inferior product , but we have to sit with children who are highly disappointed seeing me throw it in the bin after they have been begging for the cake. last week , no cream on the swiss roll and dry as hell , this week i open it and the sour stench hits me , when they are standing there waiting for a piece after being promised last week they will look into it. DO NOT BY CARAMEL AND CREAM SWISS ROLLS FROM CHECKERS !!!

Ordering KFC to spoil my kids for Eid, Ordering over R300 and that's alot for a single mom of 3. As it's storming outside I place an order with Uber eats, I requested on the order to put theigh pieces for the dry breast and to swop out the one coleslaw for a mash and gravy I received cold chips, old dry chicken breasts and wings no swopout on the coleslaw and no chili salt Lay a complaint and the lady calls and says so sorry I can take it back to the store if I am not happy wow in the middle of a storm on eid. Not the 1st time I get this service from the store, I recived rolls with mould, sour ice cream and dry chicken before, I'm done
Imagine Rushing from work to get the 5:10 bus from Cape Town to Bellville only to find out the bus was allowed to leave early, I knock on the bus doors and he refuses to open bus number 4658 and blatantly rude even though he just let people in. They have taken away the regular driver who was on time and polite We are given dirty old busses sometimes with ****roaches running around but the ticket prices go up I am a mom of 3 and the next bus will only arrive at 5:40 how is this acceptable?what time will I get home in the dark? Then Golden arrow scratch their heads why people would rather take train. Golden arrow you need to do better, service your busses, clean your busses, get friendly staff the state of the terminus is disgusting, smelling of pee and human excrement. Disgusting and pathetic you think nothing of your patrons and I'm taking this to all social media platforms I have had enough!!!
Excellent, fast, friendly efficient staff and treatment. Did the test Thursday and received the specs the following Tuesday. You get to track the process via email and even receive calls from the wonderful front desk staff
