I purchased a washing machine in-store on the 13th March 2026 at Walmart East Rand Mall. I was told they don't stock in-store and they will order from DC and call me when my order is read. I called the delivery guy on Saturday morning and told him I'm not home after receiving the SMS, we arranged for Monday, after receiving an SMS today I called him, Mandla and we agreed that 3pm my delivery will be made, I got a missed call at 13:54 which I called Mandla back as I did not recognise the number that called me, he said he'd check who called and get back to me, I called him again at 16:20 and he said he's going to check and get back to me, I got a call from a rude man asking me why wasn't I answering my call as he was at my gate at 2pm, I asked him who did he arrange that with and who is he, he screamed at me and hung up, I called Mandla to tell him his guys are rude but I want my delivery today he said he'd call the driver but promised to deliver tomorrow morning, I told him I want my parcel today or I'm calling the store to cancel this order. Bad on communication and updates. I don't understand why the store did not call me to check if I'm available before dispatching my order or make arrangements or update me on my order

I placed an order on the 10th January 2025, after multiple back and forth, as there were misleading advertising on their Facebook page, I was instructed to go onto their Instagram page which I did but still couldn't find the items I saw, it was a head and two bar stools, I was requested full name and address after receiving the invoice I was informed to pay 50% then balance upon delivery, although the price of delivery was ridiculous I didn't make a fuss, I paid and send the proof of payment immediately, confirmation received then I was told my order will be delivered on the 14th January 2025. Come the morning of the delivery day, I sent a text in the morning to enquire on my delivery time to plan my day, I didn't get a response, later I sent the same message I got a "hi", the following day I sent a text they told me they got delayed but will arrange soon and will update me, nothing was updated to me the same day even on the following day, later in the evening I sent a text, this morning I sent a text in their Facebook page and Instagram they responded on Instagram requesting my invoice number I provided it then they said they are checking till now no response, I still sent texts on WhatsApp and also called they said they'll provide feedback, they then called to say delivery will be made later today, i sent 📤 text to say it's almost 5pm with no update on my delivery, they rep**** saying there was a delay and my delivery will be made tomorrow, this is really frustrating and bad service from this online store, Thabang was handling my order, I don't know if I'm ****med or what but I want my products tomorrow or full refund
I recently brought a house in sunrise, boitekong. I had stated conditions I was not happy with and every time my agent, Tshepo Lephoto, would negotiate with me to be lenient on my complaints as the seller is no longer working and and and, fine, but I requested that passage and bedroom ceiling to be fixed which the attorneys even deducted the funds for this and my agent agreed that I forwarded him the funds and he'd personally make sure these are fixed, I stated 4 window repairs and wiring in the backyard room and my agent said he'd get those fixed himself as the seller is not working, no proper key handover was done as my agent was rushing to take his wife shopping as she was starting a new job in cape town, he promised he'd arrange for proper handover, get windows, ceilings and wiring fixed as well as my welcome home gift and ribbon, nothing still. He told me months later during the transfer process that the backyard room is not part of the house and I needed to pay for it separately, I didn't argue or negotiate, I paid the requested amount, came back to say the outside toilet too and that I needed to again, I refused and told them to take it with as they said, now pipes are open and untidy. He once even said I should contact the seller's wife for any further questions or concerns, whom I have never ever dealt with before, it's been over two months going on third with back and fourth calls and texts to Tshepo and now ignores me. I wouldn't recommend Harcourts Rustenburg to anyone as I feel this was just a cash injection on his side as he once mentioned that I am desperate , just another sale, doesn't care about the purchaser
I ordered Multifunctional European-Style Toddler N Children Bed on the 27th August 2021 at 03h47 cat but I struggled to get my order number, after sending multiple emails they responded, the last correspondence from the was on the 03rd September 2021 and I am unable to track my order
They upgrade and change price plans without informing us and when you call to get assistance they transfer you from one pillar to post, consultant's customer service is - 1. It's been months now trying to sort out my account with no success and I keep paying these high rates as I am avoiding a tarnish on my name but I could never refer or renew my services with Vodacom
Thuli Dlamini one of the pharmacist was rude to my mom and I even asked how is that my name, where, did I do my clicks card I mean I've been using it for the past 10 years and never came across such after she was done with me she still continued to ask my mom if I am her daughter, that lady has zero customer service skills
I have a cellphone contract with Vodacom and they upgraded my sub contract without my knowledge and are failing to assist in clarifying this matter as they instead are offering me to take up another cellphone. I would like them to stop or reverse the upgrade that I never gave consent for as I cannot keep paying for services I did not request
