I booked a ticket at PNP traveling from Joburg to Durban for the 11 of September 2024 , unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel the trip and was advised to send the cancelation forms and other supporting documents for a refund, which I did on the 31 July 2024 and i got a confirmation email from Ridwaan . It's the 9th of November and I have been making follow ups with no assistance. They don't reply to their emails and their consultants transfer you between departments. I really hate being given the run-around with my hard earned money. I'm really disappointed and will never book with them again.
I am so infuriated as I type this email towards your unprofessionalism and lack of efficiency and service. I ordered my son's play ground ride (Toys000126162) on the 25th March for his birthday (2/04/23) online and I have not been satisfied by the delivery process. Aramex tracking has been on "out for delivery status" for 2 days now I enquired with one consultant on Friday( 31/03/23) by the name of Bry-lynne who assured me that delivery will be made before end of business that day. Seeing that delivery hasn't been made yet the following day I did a follow up and spoke to Julia and yet again assures me delivery will be made end of business day (01/04/23). I guess that was yet another lie. It's the 2nd April, celebrating my son's birthday in a few hours without his playground ride on as his gift. This was my first encounter with ToysRus online and is definitely going to be my last. If order is not received by Monday please advise ways I can cancel order and claim a refund.
Thumbs up to Roman's Pizza Mayfield square, I have been using both the store and online service for the past months and I'm in awe, I used to be a loyal client but the restaurant that I used to order at just didn't do it for me. Mayfield square is efficient, quick, and you won't regret buying their pizza. Thank you, it doesn't go unnoticed
I'm saddened to even type this because of the emotional and financial roller-coaster that census 2022 has been putting they're employees. I was one of their fieldworkers dating from 12 February 2022 to 20th March 2022 but till today I haven't received my March Salary. I've contacted the FOO which he had no answers the DCC whom we went to personally see at the Benoni office and he promised to have a look at our matter and escalate it to Provincial office. The DCC has since went AWOL, doesn't reply to calls or whatsapp messages. An sms was sent to mu colleagues that all outstanding payments will be made today (27.05.2022) there is still nothing and no one is taking accountability. When I called HR they confirmed that everything is fine on their side bit they don't know as to why I haven't been paid for tge days worked. We worked hard to make sure we deliver what's expected from is, risked our lives entering households alone in such a time where GBV is alarming, worked in rainy weather's and still not remunirated for that. I'm never working for Stats SA again. When a black child tries to put food on the table there's greedy and corrupt tenderpreneurs who are ready to snatch that one slice of bread from tge mouth. To say this is depressing and uncalled for is an understatement.
My hat off to Multichoice, I'm still amazed by the services I was given in just fingers away, their facebook page. My payment was somehow not allocated to the account and it was switched off, I messaged them on facebook, send proof of payment via a screen shot and in a few I was back online. They also advised of steps to follow to change ownership because I pay the account but it belongs to my younger sister. As frustrated as I was before liaison with them, they gave me a shocking service. thumps up guys
I owe Wonga 3 outstanding loans due to financial issues that I had, however I was handed over to attorney's called LGR which I made payments arrangement from last year, suddenly it was with HTN and the payments were as good as they were never done because of the initiation fees, from then on I was paying through HTN and this week when I called them they told me account is no longer with them and I need to speak to Wonga directly, I emailed customer services who advised my accounts are with LGR. I'm FED up because I took an initiative to finish up paying however I've been taken from pillar to post seems like you guys don't want me to pay the accounts. I am really frustrated coz I'm struggling to the get good customer services from you .
I would like to express my greatest gratitude towards Africa Paradise for getting back to us in attempt to resolve the previous issue we had with them. The owner has been trying to get hold of me ever since the incident and she was nothing but sweet and kind for someone who was not even there when the incident took place. Janet offered us a 2 night stay breakfast and lunch included however because of work and since it's a peak time for banks, we cannot take another leave days and instead we chose a refund. I'm really glad that there are still people out there who knows what good customer services is. Thank you J???
The manager Anelise was not friendly at all from the day we checked in on friday (03/11/17). We get there and our room is not ready, we were supposed to check in at 14:00 however we got in our room at 16:00..Thenext thing she tells us we need to check out at 11 am instead of 14:30 on Sunday because it's not our fault that the room was not ready when we got there. The manner in which she approached us to tell us we need to leave was unacceptable, her exact words were " guys you'll have to leave around past 11 because my boss called me at 11, there is a lawyer who booked the room and he paid" !!!! Like we did not pay. On Saturday evening we invited one of the girls who work there to join us for drinks, she was off duty.. Anelise came knocking on our doors telling us how unprofessional this is.. we can't keep her employee in our rooms, she knocked like a cop on our door at 22:30, there was no privacy whatsoever, then she wrote a report about the poor girl stating that she invited herself in our room. No bathroom towels, no soap or shower gel,no shower caps the pool was dirty, old yogurt served for breakfast..they clean when u check in and again when u check out, if you'll be there for 10 days well that means you'll be staying in a *** sty the service was just ****ty..we could only relate to staff because they are of our colour and Anelise mistreats them infront of guests ... never recommending anyone to this place.. worst vacation ever for the money that we paid.. it's pathetic
I would like to express my greatest gratitude towards debonnairs sesfikile square in Daveyton.. i longer a complaint against them (case number 327130) regarding burnt and dry crust on my two orders with them. The manager Xolani called me in attempt to resolve the issue but i was irate and had already moved to Pizza hut as their customer.. on saturday 28.10 he called again apologies for the ordeal and offered a FREEpizza.. i said okay thinking I'm getting the small one.. when i got to the branch he offered the new crammed decker.. I've never eaten so much in my love.. everything was perfect.. the taste.. the crust.. the cheese.. THrough Xolani debonnairs won my Heart again. Thank u for the exceptional service and trying to retain me.. it worked #thumpsUp
African bank has been calling my number ********** 616 for about 3 months now asking for a Mr Leepile .. in each and every call i clearly state that I've been using this number since 2005.. one consultant advised me she will remove the number from our data base.. to my surprise a week later another missed call and voicemail asking to call them back which i did.. and advised "again" the consultant " i am not an african bank client" he said he'll remove my numbers from the data base.. and then again today yet another consultant calls thru 19: 28 asking for Mr Leepile.. i must say this is irritating and it seems like it will never be resolved. I'm very mad at african bank that they make promises and not keep them. I'm really tired of receiving calls from you especially knowing very well I'm are not an African bank account holder ???
