I’ve been paying insurance with OMART (Telkom) for more than 8 years with never claiming. My phone goes missing, i put in a claim and it’s a struggle. I have to drag information out, no feedback. It’s like they’re doing me a favour by talking to me. I’m giving up now, they can keep the money I’ve paid all these years, I lost my phone and I’m not getting anything, it’s just water thrown in a drain. I’m actually disgusted.
Telkom has weak security or I’m being ****med by someone working at Telkom. They debit from my account anytime the feel like it and when they don’t get funds, I must bare the banking costs. It’s not the first time this is happening with me with Telkom. I’ve been with Telkom for more than 12 years but their security just gets weaker. On my statement it shows that I’m behind every month while I’m not. I can’t wait to finish the contacts I have with Telkom to never renew with them again coz it’s clear that my bank account is not safe with Telkom. I’ve cancelled a lot of debit orders with them so I can pay manually to feel safe but they always find a way back to my bank account. I can’t wait to be done with telkom so I can get rid of these unnecessary costs they’re making me pay.
I have been banking with FNB for more than 15years. Every time I would be in need, they can not assist. I would apply for any loan type at FNB and they would never approve, then apply at another bank and they would approve. After being approved by other banks then FNB would give me offers. For example, now. I would like to consolidate my debts in one loan for affordability reasons, i tried with FNB but they declined immediately, when i tried with Nedbank they approved me for R300 000. I have been a loyal FNB customer for years but FNB can never assist me when I am in dire need, I always have to be helped by other banks while I want all my things to be with FNB as i don't want my things to be everywhere. I should have moved to Nedbank long ago as they're always picking me up when FNB throws me to dust but i have this blind faith that i don't know its about at FNB.
I ordered a couch at a price of R20 799 and a headboard at a price of R6999 and paid R1500 for delivery from bash (@home). I received my items yesterday and the headboard was damaged and have scratches. I notified bash, sent pictures and requested for replacement. They said they cannot replace but can collect the item and refund me. My concern now is I will have to pay for delivery again when I order the same thing I ordered and it was not my fault that it was damaged. They say they won’t pay back the delivery fee so now I have to pay double the delivery fee for something that was their fault. I’m really not happy, I feel ****** of R1500. I hope this platform can assist me.
I’ve been with telkom for years, no hassle. Recently I keep on receiving harassing messages to pay m account, messages sent to my friends too saying I should pay an amount that was already debited on my account. When I call them I can’t get hold of a consultant and if I do get one they can’t help me. I received a message saying I’m listed for an account I’m up to date on. I’m very disappointed in Telkom’s service and it’s so frustrating for no one can assist. They even sent a debit mandate to my bank account of amounts I don’t know of.
Setting debit order for my Dstv account was a worst decision I've made. I have an agreement for them to debit on the 27th of each month, they debited on the 27th and then disconnected me on the 17th of this month stating I should pay R705. Called their call center this morning and they told me the can see I have paid and my debit order day is the 27th, they promised me a person from finance will call and sort this out. As I am writing this, no one called and I'm still disconnected, missing on my favorite shows. I'm so disappointed in Dstv and it is not the first time they scam me like this. They don't care about the customers.

I'm getting frustrated now. On the 27th my aunt passed on... I couldn't get hold of hollard since it was holidays. Yesterday I called and was told to send forms to Directfuneral@hollard.co.za but I received no response. Today I decided to do a self service online but this thing doesn't want to accept my cellphone number... It's frustrating coz the funeral is on the 4th and I can't arrange anything because I'm struggling to claim... Someone please help me.
On the 4th of September 2019 I was in George, I decided I should upgrade my contract with telkom while I was there since we don't have a telkom store in Beaufort West. I took a laptop and a router. When I opened my things I realized that I wasn't given a simcard for the router... I have been calling all telkom lines and I cannot be helped. I'm told I should go to George, telkom George doesn't have a land-line so I can't call them directly. What's bad in all of this I have to pay for a router that I'm not even using. I'm writing here hoping someone can help me about this simcard issue. I've been a telkom customer for years and never experienced problems but this is not fair towards me.
