Got a debit order from dstv and is been years not using their services now
I Changed my debit date after payment for the month on my credit card account via the app, during the same month l get debited again flip l call in to find out was is going on l was told by three different agents the nothing else they can do the only l can do is to send myself the money back into my debit account then l ask them what about the interest that comes with that no answer l guess the number of zeros you have in your account determines the service you'll get...
My account got suspended on Monday the 3rd and Activated the following day and suspended again on the 5th Wednesday l normally pay before the 15th of every month, The is a guy by the name Deon keeps suspending my account for the second time in a week ...***
Ordered the rain sim card fortunately my cousin had anextra rain sim card took it and registered it successfully. Only to find out the ordered sim card was delivered a few days after i never opened or activated that sim card the only activated sim was the one from my cousin for R250 now i have been billed for 2 sim cards instead one meaning rain duplicated my banking details without my knowledge sis kak service.
Was interested I purchasing a car with them have a trade in due to work asked them to come thru my house for evaluation of the car still after they saw the car the sales man asked me to come to thru their dealership for the big boss to see the car.As arrenged was the by 9am the following day I was treated as if not the to buy a car I waited for 2 hours and 30minutes for big boss so he can make an offer for the trade in I left the that dealership without the being seen just a waste of time BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Went to buy uniform for my son I swaped it went thru my phone it declined at the store machine taking out a slip declined went to the branch they told it take like a week for to get my back what he'll is that can't they just do a reverse payment .
Ordered a djembe a week ago with other things followed after a two days still haven't got the djembe they blaming the courier I meant we ordered from them not the courier flip........
I lost a lot business this morning due to their unreliable network and not even a sorry for the inconvenience or something sis.......
Took my chev cruze in last week for repairs it was making noise on the engine is been a week now the engine light is gone thanks. The whole team is the best keep it up.
