I am very disappointed at Nedbank. I have been trying to replace my personal loan insurance from May and they are not helping. They just need to collect the insurance money. Imagine struggling administration issues, what more if we claim. Bad service NEDBANK That is the reason I did not open an account with you Very POOR service
Bad Service from Debonairs Pizza Mayiboye. We have been ordering your pizza online and never been happy with what we receive. We place an order yesterday, the 26 July at 18:05 and received in an hour later. Very cold, no serviettes and even nice. We had the additional information as making on pizza thin base and the other thick base but we receive both pizza thin base. We then send an email to debonairs but till now no respond neither acknowledgement of email
I ordered the sim card in October and never received it. I went to carlton centre branch twice in November and the sim were not available. I then went to Jeppe street today and at the front desk the was a man by the name of Mr Patrick Sipho and I explained to him that I am there to collect the sim card. He registered my name. I told asked if I should my name should be registered? And why because I just collect and will do the activation by myself but he insisted and said that the consultant must registered it. I waited their for an hour and was finally called. The consultant just handed me a sim card. I am not happy to be kept for an hour and spend not even 30 second with the consultant. Standard bank staff must be trained and they do not know they must consult.
I would like to thank Brand and Lebohang from Clicks Carlton Centre for helping me with the O-ring rubber for my blender. I have went to almost all the clicks at Johannesburg CBD, Mall of Africa, contacted the call centre and received a negative respond regarding the spare part for my blender until I was helped by on guy (forgotten his name) at Clicks at eloff street by explaining that Safeway is click brand and I can only get the spare part at clicks store or callcenter. went to the store yesterday to purchase a Microwave. When I got to the store the Microwave on the floor had a price of R699.00 and when I got to the till the Microwave was R849.00. I went back to the floor and the sales consultant was changing the prices.
I seriously do not know what is happening with FNB. I went to deposit money at Gandi Square Johannesburg this morning and the ATM was not taking deposit. I then went in Lunch time, When I got there the auto plus machine was restarting, I then waited on a queue, the machine displayed : BEING SERVICED" I then thought it will be okay in not time, still nothing. After 30 minutes of being at the queue, the guy that was behind me went inside to ask how long the machine will take, the response that he got was if " why can't you go to the other branches, there is FNB at Marshalltown up there and Calton Centre"by the branch manager. The service is bad, the question is, Why are we still banking with FNB if that how they treat customers? The bank does not respond to the companies. If the machine is taking not okay, why can't the bank put the OUT OF SERVICE notice so that people does not queue for long.
I booked in a car on the 13th July and R8808.23 was reserved by the company. On the 19 July R2414.40 was further reserved by the company in order for them to close the account. On the 27 July R11 897.14 was debited from my account by the same company which makes the company to sit with the balance of R23 119.77 in stance of R11897.14. I feel like the company was trying to rob me and I went to the branch and phoned the company's call centre and all I could hear was that it was the my bank's fault. My account is currently sitting on overdrawn balance and I am suffering charges because your company is taking money twice from my account. I do not have money lying in my account for charges that are being done by someone who did not do the work probably. I already have R 120.00 of unpaid charges and I am not sure of the charge of the overdrawn account. Somebody must take responsibility because this is not how the big car rental company like avis should operate. I am very disappointed.
My account have been have reserved for about R11 222.63 yet the R11 897.14 was debited from my account. I called in the other company that debited and reserve my money and their explaination is that an amount of R8808.23 was not showing on their side as pending so FNB has manually released that amount which made my account to be overdrawn. My debit order bounced because FNB manually released those funds automatically. So unpaid debit charges and overdrawn account charges are bad and FNB expect me to bear those charges which I do not have money for and I can not cover the charges for somebody that did not do their work properly. I have been online with the bank and also losing a lot of money by phoning them and still have to lose money by phoning and getting bad explianation. I am very disappointed in this bank as it was one of the banks that I trust.
I have been a harassed by the consultant, telling me that they the little money that I was paying is a waste of time and my bill has been going up instate of reducing That are not helping, they are making money out of us. Bad service. Companies must change them and get other debt collectors working better with people. Thank You
I would like to recommend this xtreme car rental company to the public. I hired the car from the 26th April to the 03rd May 2018 and was assisted by the lady called Tebogo Morele in Park Station Braamfontein. She is incredibly and has a very good service Thank you Tebogo for your good service my dear, keep it up.
