These guys can't be trusted,I did make an arrangement to pay and paid on the said date yet my Telkom services were suspended. These guys at nudebt dont care are very unhelpful been a telkom customer for over 20 years
Mtn customer care understand it's customers so i had a problem with my payment and before they could suspend my cellphone line i called mtn and made an arrangement to pay. Everything went well and mtn agreed unlike Telkom will suspend your line and even after making payment i should wait for 10 working days to use my service.
Telkom is gone bad to worse,hence my account was in arrears for a few weeks hence i have made arrangements to pay in the same month,meanwhile nudebt had sent me an sms so i called them and made an arrangement to pay R1968.70 for 2 months including payment that was due on the 5th March 2026. After paying to nudebt my account is still suspended for 10 to 14 days as per nudebt. Im a Telkom customer for over 20 years and this is the first time i'm experiencing such a long suspension after even making payment. My account is paid in full.
My telkom account wasn't even a month overdue but these guys Nudebt sent me an sms so i called them and made arrangement to pay. My telkom account is suspended and after making full and funds payment these guys at nudebt has an about attitude. I wont be renewing anymore contracts with telkom they attitude stinks.
Temu customer service is really incredible. This is my second time purchasing from Temu and i will definitely purchase again in future. My daughter wasn't happy with one of the items purchased and Temu gave me a refund with no return policy,thank you again Temu im a very happy customer shopping with you'll.
I've ordered goods previously from Temu and all went well recently I've ordered goods again on the 27 December 2025 and the problem is with GFS Express. I called these guys over 9 times and it just goes on voicemail. Temu has the wrong courier company and therefore i wont be buying from Temu in future. 3 working days have passed and i haven't received any update about my parcel. Sorry i wont tolerate this kind of service I've paid for my goods well in advance also paid for my custom duties and vat the problem lies with GFS Express.
I've ordered goods from Temu on the 27th December 2025 paid for customs duty and vat hence my tracking states its going to be delivered. No messages from GFS Express nor anyone answers the calls at the call center. How do i contact GFS Express? Why does Temu still use this courier company after so much of customer complaints about GFS? Im hesitant to order again from Temu in future.
Complaints and resolution do assist us consumers. Samsung has sorted out my repairs under warranty. Thank you i recommend Samsung
My parcel was suppose to be delivered to me tomorrow 23 September 2025, i did inform Skynet that we're closed today 22 September 2025 i wasn't informed of any delivery today although me informing Skynet. When i tracked my waybill it states bad address. I phoned customer service about 11 times and nobody answers my calls. This is really bad customer service. I don't recommend this courier comoany
