I have had to claim twice in the past year and both times I was pleasantly surprised by the service received. They are so quick to respond and my claims have been resolved within a few days both times. Thank you so much!
Husband asked that I have the K-vant immobilizer installed and I was hesitant as I thought it would be unneccesary. However, it proved very helpful when there was an attempted theft on our Hilux and the *****s was unable to get away with the bakkie!
Provided them with an auth released for Home Oxygen but no one is trained to pick up a phone and confirm the auth. The patient is now been in hospital for 4 days after approval was given for patient to be discharged with home oxygen because either there is no answer at the offices, or the person that answers is unable to assist with any arrangements. If this wasn't a vital service, I really don't know how they would make any money.
I had a part delivered to my husband in a remote area. He gave me someone else's address to use but when the delivery service got there the people weren't home. The driver thankfully took the part to a different address upon my request without getting angry or irritated. I am so thankful for his assistance that day which resulted in the part getting to my husband and our car getting fixed.
I purchased a part from Joe's Repair Services that had to be shipped to my husband urgently. They assisted me so well, provided us with exactly the right part and was so gracious even though I kept calling every now and then to find out if the courier service has picked up the part yet. Thank you for assisting me!
Posted a review about a product I purchased which is of bad quality, but they do not post it online or at least contact me regarding the faulty product. So fed up with poor quality products with false promises.
My husband's Huawei Y6P spontaneously burst into flames almost burning down the harvester he was operating and injuring him.
Absolutely the worst service ever. Waited in line for 1 hour on a Monday afternoon at the River Square branch, assisted instore with an upgrade which took another hour. It is unbelievable how slow they are. Have absolute lack of motivation. I have been calling the store today numerous times to get a quote on a phone for insurance purposes and they simply don't answer. I did speak to the mall management and confirmed that I have the correct number
Just contacted MiWay to change an address and was called back by Bonolo to lower my premium without me even requesting it.
