I had a bad experience at Steers Comaro crossing today at 17:58 and received cold food. I bought a king steer burger with medium chips. Chips were fresh and hot. However, both the bun and the patty were cold. So cold that I could not finish it. I made a call to them as soon as I discovered and was told to call them back since the manager was out. When I said they need to call me back-they hung up on me. I am obviously not happy about this.
(04 July 2024) My husband and I went for lunch at mugg n bean (mall at Newmarket) and we’re served by Mike. His service was terrible. He had no patience for us and did not even bother to apologise for making a mistake with my drink. I ordered a rib and wing combo and couldn’t even finish the food since it was no freshly made. I have always held up mugg n bean so high in my heart however, today was terrible disappointment form Mike and the chef.
Chicken licken @Sam Ntuli is very disappointing. This is the second time I order meat and given less than I paid for. Today at 14:47 I ordered 10 pieces of chicken and only realize now that they gave us only 9 pieces. They didn’t even give us a slip and we can’t check now. I can’t even contact them as their number appearing on Google is not going through. Chicken licken @samntulimall please would rectify this with me ASAP. Thanks.
Had the most amazing experience with Mr Tshepo Temane regarding our insurance. Our amp just died and Mr Temane gave the best service in terms of assessing it and providing prompt communication. He answered every question we had and made what was a sad situation to a pleasant one. Hi I had 2 contract sim card from Telkom. The contract was supposed to end in July. Now I went to Alberton city to cancel the contract at the beginning of August. I filled in a form and was told that I'd still be debited at the end of August since I have to give a 30 day notice which I understood. However, at the end of September I was still debited for these sim cards! I do not think this is a way of forcing me to stay on with Telkom as the reception is not so good. Please can this be sorted out. Thanks!
Dear Department of Education, Please let me know why a qualified teacher who was hired in February and promised to be paid before the end of March still hasn’t been paid? How is one expected to continue waking up to go teach matriculants without transport money? My niece was hired at Windmill park high school, she first submitted all the necessary documents to the school’s HR and was told that she will get paid “soon”. When she queried the payment in July, she found out that her documents had not been sent to the district for payment processing. She also personally went to the Ekurhuleni South district in Meyersdal, the HR department said that her documents have been sent to the finance department however she was not allowed to contact the finance department as they refused to give her the finance contact details. Now I am trying to understand how there’s such a discrepancy in the same department? It is not fair that some people (district employees) continue to be paid and enjoy their hard earned salaries while other people like my niece habe to wake up everyday and work for NOTHING!!! Please may this issue be sorted out as we have obviously been let down by the Meyersdal department of Education! Thank you. Have a lovely day. I placed an order on the 22nd of May and the estimation was between 1 and 3 weeks. It’s now been 4 weeks!!!! There is no way of speaking to a consultant , I tried Facebook and gives automated responses. I emailed their support services just like they said on their website but still no response. I wish I had a way of getting hold of familybox.co and get refunded because they obviously failed to deliver.
Cell C claims to be efficient in responding to complaints via email. My husband,Jabulane Manana, sent an email to cell c customer service about an unauthorized debit order which was supposed to have stopped in June 2018 yet, they continued to debit money from his account. We were told that they only take about 2-3 working days to get back to us and now it is 10 days later. This is so unprofessional and does not represent the service they claim to offer. I posted an attachment of the email on Facebook today and the email was sent on the 22nd of December. Cell C, please sort this out as soon as possible. Jabulane Manana is the one you need to contact and his number is on the email.
I did not expect this kind of service from MRP.com deliveries. I made an order on the 29th of Nov 2017 and paid on the same day. The door to door option says that the delivery will arrive between 1-3 days after the day of purchase. How ever it has been 6 working days and my order hasn’t been delivered!!!! When I track my order, it has been dispatched but no one can answer where it is!!! This is unacceptable! On The Dot couriers included!!! My next move now is to find a way to get my money back because there is no point in waiting what I’ve ordered. Too late!! Sis! Busisiwe Nhlapo
