My Mom has a policy with Old Mutual that she joined a long time ago, when she retired she informed Old Mutual that she will no longer get paid on the 20th she will get paid on the last day of the month but Old Mutual decided not to deduct. We had to fight for that insurance to be activated again then they eventually reactivated it. From August they stopped deducting again and we don’t know the reason and when my mom went to the branch they told her that the policy has lapsed yet they’re the ones that didn’t deduct the premiums. Imagine paying the insurance for so many years then when you’re retired they cancel it. Old Mutual is a ****
Firstly, their Port Elizabeth drivers **** and said they attempted to contact me and I wasn’t available for them to deliver my parcel yet I was at home the whole day waiting for my delivery. Secondly, parcel was sent from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth on Friday using overnight express it’s Monday today and I haven’t received it, not even a message apologizing for the delay.
On the 7th of Jan I had a battery problem so my car couldn’t start. I removed the battery and put in a friend’s battery then drove to buy a new one and came back and replaced it but Cartrack didn’t call seeing that my car battery was disconnected. On the 9th I went to their office to report this and they say they will call me to schedule a repair for it. Until today they haven’t called.
I’ve had a policy with The unlimited for more than 4 years and I never claimed . Yesterday I called to claim for Scratch and dent they said they will send me a sms with a list of panel beaters to choose from and I must get a quote but they never sent that sms. To day I called again and they put me on hold for more than 5 minutes until I dropped the phone.
@exclusive_virgin_hairs I sent them a message regarding my order that hasn’t been sent to me and they said it’s a **** yet I ordered on the PE branch number that I got from them meaning that some of their employees are ****ming us but they’re not sorting that problem out. What must I do to get my orders or my money back?
I have a contract with Vodacom that was supposed to end on the 30th November and I called them on the 31st of October and told them that I want to cancel it when it end because I am not happy with them. They keep on increasing prices but there’s no reason for that. Today I checked they still scheduled to deduct for December I don’t know why. I went to their shop and I am told that it is active until 31st December yet I cancelled it.

I went to Mr Price in Greenacres to buy wireless earbuds and I saw the ones that I want and I asked one of the staff to help taking them out so that I can go and pay and she said she will call someone to open and take them out for me. Guess what I stood there for a whole 23 minutes and no one helped me and I told the lady that was gonna call someone to open for me that I am leaving because clearly no one wants to help me and she just stared at me like she’s seeing nothing. I just left no one helped me now I am going to buy them somewhere else.
I submitted a claim with Discovery Insure on the 3rd of Jan and they said they will send the Assessor to go and asses my car same week Thursday but the assessor didn’t go and no one updated me with the progress. My car has been at Audi Center since the 3rd of Jan and it looks like it’s still gonna be there even this week. On the 9th they said the assessor didd assess the car and they will update me within 24 hrs but until now they haven’t. I am really disappointed with Discovery Insure, I trusted them so much.
I have a pacerl that was sent last week Thursday the 8th of December from Cape to PE and this morning I requested to collect it and not wait for delivery because I am leaving town at 13:00 and delivery might delay and they agreed and said their local office will contact me shortly but up until now they haven't called. I called them now to ask them where must I collect the pacerl and they say it's impossible for me to collect it today because it's out for delivery with the the 3rd party already. Now I must cancel my flight and lose my money because of them
