I am extremely disappointed. Yesterday my family and I did our monthly basic shopping and we got a family meal from food *****s harvest place which comprises of a full chicken, a punnet of salad, rolls and a Pepsi. We got the food and went home Warmed up the chicken and the whole kitchen smelt like ****. My daughter (5 years old) asked me what was smelling of poo. It’s extremely disappointing because we eat these meals as families. Our children are exposed to such never mind ourselves being exposed to food poisoning.
Absolutely ********** service. I was sent a delivery notification 3 days in a row and every night I was sent a failed delivery notification. I’ve been in contact with them today and I was promised my delivery by 3 and once again, I’ve been disappointed. Can’t get hold of anyone in operations, phones ring endlessly
I took finance out with ABSA for my car with correct banking details provided twice from the start. I have been sent a message after following up 3 times, that I will have a bad record for lack of payment on my part and yet ABSA has recorder the incorrect banking details. I have called 3 days in a row now to rectify the problem and sent them a copy of the contract signed with the correct details that they have on hand, and they still ask me, on every single call, to confirm and provide the correct details. Now a record will be shared with the credit bureau tarnishing my name when they are the *********** lot.
This business is a scam. She takes your money, sends outdated documents that don’t get accepted by UIF, insists that she’s helped you and refuses to be involved further. My whole maternity leave has been a fight with her. I’ve had to go and queue and submit in the gvt office and this woman refuses to give me my money back even though she’s done absolutely nothing. She basically stealing peoples money and pretending to be of help
I’ve had a parcel with RAM for the past week. Every time they’re out on delivery, they send an sms stating delivery will be made between 8am and 5pm. The first day, I couldn’t receive it because there was no power and I had to leave the office which I notified them about. The next 5 days, the drivers were calling me well after 5pm to tell me they are on their way to deliver when I specifically told them I would not be at work after 5. There is no interest in assisting me. I called to make arrangements to o deliver before 12pm on Friday and they agreed and yet they still called me at 17.30 on Friday afternoon. Worst service I’ve ever received.
I’ve called lime loans continuously for 2 days for their assistance in getting correct information shared with Transunion. My credit report shows incorrect information and I can’t get the slightest of assistance from the company that needs to provide the correct information. I’ve been put on hold for over 15 minutes every single time I call and I called 8 times alone today. The calls just cut after wasting my time and airtime.
These people are quick to call 500 times when offering a contract but the moment you ask for proof of contract commencement, they have the longest and saddest stories about how they go about it. Why do I need to log an investigation for something that I have every right to have in my possession
I placed a personalized order for my anniversary gift to my husband and the online portal wouldn’t let me put the full date. I then called the customer support line to arrange for it to be fixed and they confirmed changes were made and it would be delivered correctly. The gift gets delivered with the incomplete information so I wasted all my airtime, energy and effort in trying to get it corrected. The incomplete information robs the gift of its meaning. And this isn’t the first time. Then they make me hold on with my airtime again when I want to query yet they should be doing a fix. BS... I won’t bother with NetFlorist again.
I went on Debt review with Zeeva which changed to Debt safe. I paid up all my debt in full by August 2019. It is January 2020 and debtsafe have no bothered to clear my record on the NRC Debt help system. When I contact experian they tell me it’s my debt counselors responsibility to communicate all documentation with them and to clear the NRC Debt Help System. Debt safe now will not respond to my emails or calls. I regret doing anything with them. They are unreliable even though they sell themselves as the best helpers.
I have been participating in the spin and Win competition with MTN for months now and finally I won a Checkers / Shoprite shopping voucher. I went to Checkers and was completely embarrassed in front of everyone when they declined my voucher and told me that nothing of the sort was communicated to Checkers. I called mtn call center and they couldn't help me. They then gave me an email address for competitions to get assistance and ever since mtn has been ignoring my communication. I've heard people complain about mtn data and all their other rates but I stuck with mtn. Now this was the last straw. I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the service let alone the "false" advertising and competition wins.
