I am absolutely appalled by Vox’s conduct. After scheduling a collection SIX months ago and having people waiting at the property, no one from Vox showed up. Despite multiple attempts to resolve THEIR error, I’m now being told it’s my responsibility to arrange collection—after I moved! And if that wasn’t enough, Vox went ahead and took money from my account without any resolution or consent. This is not just poor service; it feels like outright theft. Vox’s handling of this situation is disgraceful, showing zero accountability, and complete disregard for customer experience. If you’re considering Vox, think twice—this company clearly has no problem taking your money while failing to follow through on their promises.
It seems FNB is not ensuring clients for fraud cases and the service is so poor it took more than a month after I initially reported the fraud case to them. They now tell me they could not recover the funds…what can you expect after waiting more than a month after the initial theft date! I would recommend going to another bank, as no one knows what they are doing, the service is poor and you are met with automated responses.
There was me thinking OUT Insurance was good! They basically wanted to charge me 3 times as more for insuring my bike compared to other companies, and then they basically y tell me to go get stuffed on top of it. So is will take all my business away from them and giving to better companies who are willing to provide good service and professionalism. Be warned when you go with out insurance.
Hi all, I do recommend not using this company as you will be trapped in debt! Your bank is your best option, and can offer amounts over a more affordable period. They are not interested in what you have to offer long-term, and only look at what you cam pay back immediately.
Hi All, Just a warning regarding Emirates. It has been months with no reply, they are great to fly with but the after sales services is pathetic, that you will regret going to them if you run into any problems. They do not pay the refunds advertised for COVID-19, or if they pay the amount, it is an iota of the original amount. No one answers the phone when you call, and after days and now months they reply via FB Messenger with no proof of payment provided as requested. All the go by is word of mouth. Hi everyone please don't use this company as their service is so poor and they have lost or mislaid our parcel and did not give us any paperwork when collected. Nobody answers their phones when trying to get hold of customer services and they hang up when you complain. The best yet, it Greg Williams shouts at me accuses me of lying and argues with me, and then hangs up...great customer services. I will now have to lay a criminal charge against the company as it is the only way I can seem to get something done!
