Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the extremely poor service and lack of customer care I experienced during my recent journey with Intercape Bus Service. The journey in question was from Cape Town to Johannesburg on Thursday the 21st of September. Firstly, upon arrival at the departure terminal in Cape Town, there was an utter lack of organization and direction from your staff members. It was evident that no proper crowd control measures were in place, resulting in chaos and confusion among passengers. Despite the overwhelming number of travelers, only a few staff members were available to address our concerns and provide assistance. Moreover, the bus was scheduled to depart at [time], but it was delayed by an astonishing two hours without any explanation or apology. This unexpected delay inconvenienced not only me but all other passengers who had made prior commitments and re**** on a timely departure. Additionally, the condition of the bus I traveled on was appalling. The seats were uncomfortable and worn-out, with torn upholstery, exposing sharp metal edges. The limited legroom made the journey extremely uncomfortable, especially for taller passengers. Furthermore, there was a clear lack of cleanliness, as trash littered the floor and seats were stained. During the journey, the air conditioning system seemed to be malfunctioning, as the bus became unbearably hot and stuffy. Despite repeated requests made by passengers, the driver and staff paid no attention or made any attempt to rectify the situation, causing extreme discomfort and distress. To exacerbate these issues, the staff's behavior throughout the journey was unprofessional and disrespectful. Passengers' inquiries and complaints were brushed off with indifference and sometimes even rudeness. It is deeply disappointing to receive such treatment from your employees, who are entrusted with ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers. As a paying customer, I believe I deserved a higher standard of service and care. To say that I am dissatisfied with my travel experience would be an understatement. It is evident that Intercape Bus Service fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and fails to meet basic standards of service quality. I demand immediate action to address the concerns raised in this complaint. I expect a full refund for the subpar level of service received, as well as compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and distress caused. Furthermore, I strongly urge you to reevaluate the training and professionalism of your staff members. I trust that you will handle this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I hope that necessary steps are taken to prevent future occurrences, ensuring that other passengers do not have to endure the same poor service and customer care that I experienced. Their R19 for the first month promo has no benefit to the user. They know that installation will take more than a month, so they charge you the R19 for the month they are busy installing. Take note you will have no internet in the first month but they say the promo charge is R19 instead of the full amount. In essence, at WebAfrica they charge you the full price for internet for the first month even if you do not have connection yet. Please do not think that you are saving.

A really incompetent business that uses clients for money and never has the client's needs in mind. My account has been debited every month for the set subscription fee, but Planet fitness insists my account is in serious arrears before I can cancel the membership. I am being scammed by planet fitness, who failed to provide a full account statement when asked. It is unfair to treat people like this. I will never recommend this facility to anyone I know, not even a stranger.
As an existing customer of 10 years, the service you give your clients is awful. Your consultants are rude on the phone and are not willing to assist. I will be joining an alternative bank. Thank you for showing you dont care
I was recently interested in purchasing a motorcycle from Honeydew Motorcycles. The worst sales experience i have ever experienced. Nobody will call you unless you call them. I had to wait and beg for my applications to be processed. They will make you speak to so many different people, always referring you to someone else. I finalised the purchase and asked for a copy of the contract which I had signed but no response. I have stopped responding and let the entire deal hang in the air. Still, no-one could care less at honeydew Motorcycles. One thing that ****ed me off, I talk to one person, i approve the quote and purchase the motorcycle. The next day, its re-advertised at a lower price screaming special... I do not recommend this dealership at all to anyone who wishes to purchase a motorcycle.
