Good morning I just received a Superbalist order from a driver named Lodewyk this morning - before 8:30am. I would like to compliment Lodewyk on his outstanding customer service. He called me 5 minutes before delivery, he called when he arrived and he was incredibly professional and polite (both on the phone and in person). His car was so neat and he was dressed impeccably. I always have a good experience when receiving takealot and superbalist orders but this delivery was absolutely perfect! Outstanding service! What a great way to start my day! Thank you so much! We experiences a power fault on the electricity pole supplying power to our home. Within a few hours the issue was fully resolved. Such excellent and efficient service!
I went to Mr Price Home in Argyle Road Durban. My cashier, Leevi was absolutely phenomenal . He went above and beyond in assisting me. By far the very best experience I have ever had at Mr Price !
I purchased a bed last week from the Springfield park branch. The salesman was very helpful and efficient . My bed was delivered the following day from the DC in Durban by 2 incredibly friendly and helpful guys. They put the bed in place for me which meant all I had to do was put on the linen. The entire delivery took 10 minutes. They called before to make a time and arrived promptly. Such excellent customer service! I will definitely recommend dial a bed Springfield park !
I regularly make use of the Checkers Sixty60 app. Last week I received a damaged product (first time ever). I emailed at 5:30 and by 7pm I had been fully credited. I cannot commend Checkers and their staff enough for this life changing and incredibly efficient service!
I recently visited the Woolworths coffee shop in Musgrave Durban and I’d like to mention Abigail who served me. She was polite friendly and super efficient. She has the most fantastic way with people- she literally made my day!

Bounce Cornubia is where we had my daughters party this year. I was blown away! It was so easy to book and the friendliness, energy and efficiency of the staff was outstanding. Do not buy a Hisense product! I have a one year old fridge that is making the hugest noise (can’t even sleep in my house). I uploaded ALL requested documents online via the website. I received a ticket number. The following day I called to query when the technician would be at m home. I called twice yesterday to follow up. Both call centre agents told me technician is on the way! Today I call to find out where the technician is as he never came yesterday to be told that none of the uploaded docs have been uploaded and that they cannot allocate a technician as I do t have a repair number. I then asked for a manager and was told that there are no managers available until Tuesday! Pathetic service! I am fixing the fridge myself now and I will NEVER buy Hisense again- and I will lose all items in my fridge and freezer by Tuesday
I will never shop at Clicks Musgrave ever again. My view of the entire chain is completely changed. I booked online for my kids to get vaccinated. We arrived early on the day with all our paperwork. We had to join the queue of 9 people ahead of us. Both of my children were incredibly anxious about getting the vaccine, so I assumed by booking we’d wait 5 minutes or so …. 45 minutes later and we finally got to the front. At this point we were asked if we’d had covid recently , to which I replied that we’d had it over 30 days ago. The assistant then disappeared and returned to tell us that we couldn’t go though with the vaccine as we had to wait ‘40 days or so’. I was furious . My daughter (12) was crying by this stage. What a waste of an hour and the emotional stress was on a new level. Needless to say I visited a government site today and both of my kids are fully vaccinated. My advice to anyone- dont waste your time booking if you’re going to clicks - you will wait just like everyone else and enjoy the poor service that they have to offer.
