Hearing Aid Lab - Kloof Had an emergency recently and all the staff were extremely helpful. Nolan & the pretty Dr were amazing, keeping me calm & made a plan to assist when they were not able. Thank you
On a recent long weekend saturday our BoerbullX became very sick. We called for telephonic consultation, person who answered was very sympathetic and gave some advice. The following day we rushed our dog through. She was assessed by Dr Imke who recommended putting her on a drip. Test results were inconclusive but our pet was very very ill. She was kept comfortable and twice daily we received updates. A big shout out to Dr Imke, Dr Nicky, Sifiso, Libby, Charleen and the rest of this amazing team. It was not a cheap week but professionals who cared did what they are passionate about. Medical care for humans & medical care for animals work on the same principal.
Excellent, trouble free, experience getting vehicle licenses renewed, duplicate logbook & address changes. No hassles with complicated processes and all within timelines they say. Even new numberplates. Their service fees are very reasonable, actually minor compared to the time & effort they save you. They are friendly as well. I will recommend and will definitely make use of them again.
Residential move a short distance. This was a large move but the 2nd time I requested a quotation after the previous move 6 weeks prior. The correspondence was alway prompt & extremely helpful. Orchid was the only removal company that sent out a representative for onsite inspection. The June move, we (foolishly) chose another competitor company based on them moving 2 separate family members to CT & Western Cape. What a disaster. When we requested another quotation, Steven made contact & Chereen kept us updated. We chose them and what a good experience. They tackled the large move with professionalism, a friendly team who collaborated the entire time. No damages. I highly recommend them and will definitely make use of them in the future.
In December i visited Supa Quick in Kloof for a quick check prior to departing on a really long trip. I was assisted by Gerald who took the time & effort to show me how worn my tyre's were, of course i did not plan or budget for any costly tyre replacements. He made effort to get several quotations and was able to order & fit 2 new tyre's in record time. This little detail ensured a safe journey on bad roads and upon my return i visited again to have my brake pads checked. It transpired that the brake discs were in a bad shape and once again him and the Supa Quick Kloof team did a brilliant job in replacing & repairing the faulty parts. I will definitely recommend Supa Quick, Kloof , Durban.
I would like to commend and compliment a Pharmacy Assistant at the Kloof Village Mall Clicks on Kloof, Durban. At the dispensary - Her name is Amanda Msomi and is a total pleasure dealing with, Amanda takes time to explain what the medication does, how to take and makes suggestions of alternates or generics where possible. Actually, the Pharmacy Manager and most other dispensary staff are great. I notice that Clicks in general do not flag or respond to any reviews, it would be great to see some feedback.
I have had several opportunities dealing with Bosch Service in Hillcrest and have had such a great experience, therefore give credit where due. Conducting themselves with professionalism & give honest feedback or advice. When service or repairs are due they are mindful of budget & costing and always keep you updated. Happy rating from a happy customer. We changed from another insurer to MiWay in 2017 and 2018 has been a particularly difficult year with several communications with MiWay Consultants. I would like to name these consultants for their amazing patience and professionalism. In random order Ronald, Nkosinathi, Sesi & Tisetso. MiWay is a pleasure to deal with and a great insurer in terms of value for money & service.
Brand New fridge purchased through Game online. Fridge delivered on 12/12/17. Upon switching it on the light came on but the unit does not cool down. Complaints were logged 19/12/17, no response from Game until I followed up on 27/12/17. Query picked up and past along from one person to the next by call centre. Various emails and stressful phone calls later and the problem was ONLY LOGGED TODAY 12/01/18. From 12/12/18 to today I have not had a working Fridge with only excuses to show for it. Problem has been passed on to hisense who will "apparently" send a technician in 48hrs then only will the problem be assessed and action to be taken, I will still be sitting without a fridge while my baby's food is left to spoil. No offer of apology or refund. I work during the week and most weekends and can't just droop everything at a moment's notice. All else aside, Botchelo Kekana, Brandan Naidoo and Kirk de Vries have tried to help as much as they can. I just find it unacceptable that this issue has taken so long to resolve. Won't be making use of Game online store again
