Cancelation and Refund
After repeatedly trying to make contact with Rain they collected my 5G modem upon cancelation of the service I have still not received my refund or any correspondence even after emailing through my request for my refund. they cannot debit an account for a service not used and take their time to refund customers money. this is ridiculous it has been over a week

Security Guards behavior's
Checkers Sandton city Security is appalling, their attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. Yesterday 3 minutes before closing the store the security guard slammed the shutters on a customer with a attitude without a care of concern that the customer could have gotten hurt. the attitude has been adopted by staff too. the checkers shopping experience has not been great, there are many stores that are not taken care off. the trolleys are dirty, the floors are dirty and the staff unfriendly.

Excellent customer service and food
Absolutely beautiful experience. I was running late for work today and needed to order something for lunch, the food was ready in under 10 minutes and the quality was definitely in par. The waiter which helped me was excellent, friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile. really enjoyed the food and the experience.

Rain debited my account after cancelation.
I have requested to cancel my Rain 5G in December 2022 and this has still not been cancelled, My account has been debited and not refunded and the call Centre refuses to pick up any calls, I demand a refund of the funds debited for a service I had not used. Absolutely appalled by the service provided as I had called in and the agent had said the cancelation will be done at the end of the month yet I was debited. this is unacceptable to take money for a service which was not provided/consumed.

Greyhound refuses to refund
Greyhound refuses to refund me for a ticket cancelled dated 25 October 2022, their call Centre does not pick up their lines or respond to emails. My refund is over due and their is no response to my refund of which the cancelation had been done prior to departure. all necessary documents have been provided

Truworths Eastgate
Truworths Eastgate has the most unfriendly and rude staff from the jewelry dept to the shoe dept and lastly the cahiers whom are just as bad. my experience comes from a purchase and returns at the retailer. huge markups, low quality goods and lasty bad customer service. absolutely appauled by the staff of Truworths Eastgate.

absolutely horrible from start to finish
absolutely the worst form of public transport to date. customer service s****s , late buses if not any, absolutely rude drivers who dont care about commuters, negligent driving and a huge safety issue to the public

chicken feathers and mushy salad a totally bad experience
For the second time Nandos Meadowdale has left me disgusted from my first experience of ordering salad that has wilted and become mushy to my second bad experience 2 weeks ago where I had ordered a full chicken to go but upon eating I had discovered that the chicken still had a numerous amount of feathers still attached to it which was a total putt-off from the entire meal. you would think for the price of their meals the least staff could do is clean their chicken properly

SPAR Malvern
filthy, unhygienic and unwelcoming, the store is massive but a pure lack of maintenance. staff are rude and unfriendly and have no sense of urgency, although the food is delicious the store has a very unwelcoming stench due to its lack of hygiene.
