For 3 weeks everyday I've sent them an email so that I can get feedback regarding my account. If you phone them you hang on forever and get told to email them or use the online chat. Nobody answers the online chat either. It's just ridiculous.
So 2 weeks ago I signed up for tracker to be fitted. They called me to make the appointment for Friday 8am. By 8:30 no call to say they were late. No call at 7 to confirm he was on his way. No call to apologise. 8 calls later 4 whatsapp chats, still no contact to make an new appointment that will be keep. No communication from any technician. Initially I was told this car belonged to someone else, however this car has never had a tracker I contacted the old owner. It didn't belong to a dealer, no dealer contacted them for installation. So ja i just wonder how and if they even know who to contact. I completed the documentation when they do verification all the information is either wrong or missing.
Went to their office in PE yesterday at 2pm and there was nobody there. So im not sure how that office operates.
I purchased a car with financing through Flexidrive. 18 months later im still battling to get the issues resolved as they claim its the finance house responsibility. Ive been to the NCC and the MIOBA. The dealer that wants the trade the car in now is adiment its the dealer I bought it from's responsiblity to resolve the issues that I reported to them from day 1. Its just hopeless ive now gone to the Head Office to get this resolved. My next stop is the newspaper.
When the other rent2drive companies like Planet42 wouldnt help me yet they helped my friend with more debt, I came right with Flexidrive, yes it took a while for the deal to finalise but they made me smile, finally as a single Mom I could drive a newer car. Thank you for helping
So I sent this parcel from Cape Town to Kempton park. The recipient never received the collection pin. By the time we realised it was supposed to be collected the recipient had to arrange to collect from the kiosk 20kms away. When she collected she wasnt advised the parcel had been damaged. They had the ordacity to put it in a new flyer not mark the outside so that when collected the recipient could check. A R600 order was ruined who is going to refund this and when and I want the locker credited to my account.
I order tapes from them as a replacement for an order that they cancelled because there was no stock of the item I wanted and then it was collected from the branch by goodness knows who and now they can't even tell me or are willing to replace my order, they hide behind the fact they sent an email, yet all my orders when I collect show I collected it expect this one has apparently got a staff members name behind it, so what now I must just go without my order? I queried and they just closed the query with the excuse somebody else had access to my emails.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for a parcel LOCK427366. Phoned numerous times, emailed Thabo back and forth, sent Neil an email no reply. I have suffered huge financial loss with the fact that this is missing. They just don't care, normally the service is great, but this is very sad
I put in a claim as a 3rd party with a quote from a company who I trust to do the work and provides me with complementary replacement transport. What does Outsurance do go and find some supplier they decide is fit to repair my car not willing to provide me with a replacement. Just because they willing to do the repairs for them for less. I wouldn't ever take my car there besides the customer service I received at the company they wanted to do the repairs leaves a lot to be desired. So what if I had an issue with the repairs when it's done where would that leave me. Needless to say it's my car not outsurances I didn't ride into myself there customer did and so why so I have them decide who must do it and be without transport for 2 weeks not be able to get to work 40kms from.where I live. Just ridiculous. Cheap and nasty that's the normal saying. Then of I don't want there repairer I must pay in the difference. Seriously.
