I really do not understand the business model. I have been a client of Payflexfor years and I have never missed a payment, in actual fact I at times even pay some orders before the due date. This morning i tried to purchase something unaware that my limit was reduced. No communication what so ever,no reason given. Imagine the emabarrestment.
This is with a very heavy heart and great dissatisfation I have to write this email I registered my daugter at Richfiled at first I was very impress with the service we received. First off they arranged a bursay for my daughter and she was approved, great. In her first year she switched from in contact to online and they messed it up big time and that led to her wasting 6 months of study that she will obviously never get back. This was a huge discouragement for my dauhter.I then went through the statement and discovered that I was quoted R39710 and was invoiced R10 000 more then what was quoted and even after emails and questioning this I received no explanation. Now we aere trying to register for the new year and has been trying to get e response from the institution for 2 months without success. The person that has been dealing with my daughters case is Zamakhanya and she is of no help. She aranged the busary, she messed up my daughters registration and now we are being referred to her for the new registration and noone is of help. This is such a mess and I am at my wittsend. At this point even whattsapp communication as well as emails go unaswered
I recently made an advance payment that was double my monthly installment, believing that this would be beneficial in managing my account. However, it seems that RCS does not acknowledge advance payments, as I am still being held liable for the monthly installment. This situation feels quite unfair and one-sided. There are legitimate reasons why a client might choose to make an advance payment, and I expected that such a transaction would be acknowledged appropriately.
I requested a statement for my loan account from Nedbank. Since Monday I have been calling and emailing but to date no statement. My statement was available on my app and for the last couple of months its not on the app anymore. The one consultant told me its set no mail to me and they need to change the method on their sysytem. Well guess what, I do not even get it through the mail. The other excuse is we will excalate it to the relevant department. How difficult can it be to email a statement. Response below Hi lady. I am not able to change it on my side as I have noticed it is currently on post instead of e-mail, so I have requested a specific department to amend it.
Worst service on paystretch I am generally a very happy and satisfied cutomer of Finchoice. I have multiple products and never had any issues. Paystrech has put me in a very awkward and embarrasing situation. I was preapproved for R13000 credit and used about R7000. Available shows R6000 and the goods I wanted to purchase was R4000 and it was declined at the till. I called them this morning and was informed my profile was reassed and limit was reduced, however it still does not reflect the reduced amount on my profile and it would have been great to know before the time that you are reassessed with every purchase. You are standing at the tillpoint with goods and you are declined omw. Paystretch needs to do better.
I requested a copy of my daugters diploma in November and December 2024 without even a response from Mancosa.
I placed an order on Hyperli on the 19th of April 2024 for 2 Jackets. I followed up on my order the 29the of April via e-mail and respond time is suppose to be 24 hours. Received no response to date. Logged a 2nd request yesterday to enquire about my order and still no response. They have no contact no. I am so frustrated as the one jacket is a birthday gift to a friend. I receive no communication what so ever
I have been a client with FNB since 2010. I had a loan account with them and ended going under sequestration and in 2015.Unfortunately this loan was part of the sequestration. I have been rehabilitated and have opened accounts since I have been rehabilitated with other banks (credit card and a loan), but FNB is still punishing me. I app**** for vehicle finance almost 2 years ago (Wesbank) and I'm paying without fail, but they refuse to let me apply for an investment account or even a cheque account. How do they give me vehicle finance, but limit me on everything else. After 14 years I decided that FNB is not the bank for me.
I placed an order with Makro on the 5th of December 2023. These were Stockvell items and I was suppose to deliver it in the 15th of December 2023. Guess what I'm still waiting and it's not even a massive order. I'm beyond angry. My delivery address got mixed up and I'm in Cape Town theybtried to deliverbit in Bloemfontein. We'll my address was changed and still no delivery even after talking to Makro online as well as the store manage Gregg. Reviewed Makro on Hello Peter and a David from contacted me and promised to sort this out. Now my emails are being ignored by Makro Bloemfontein as well as by David Mabena. Last week I decided to cancel my order and low and behold their delivery company called to deliver my order in Ladysmith this morning.. Keep in mind I'm in Somerset West and the address were changed on the 6th of December. Called this morning and consultant confirmed the request last week but nothing has been done about it. Seriously, I so frustrated with Makro. I've send numerous emails as well as calls and now because of Makro's incompetence I might loose clients because they still waiting on their hampers to be completed This has put me in a very bad spot with my clients. They going to contact me and be so understanding and once they put the phone down I'm going g to be treated like **** again because why should we worry about one client.
My delivery has not been received since the 05/12/2023. I have made numerous requests and phone calls. I got an excuse that the my goods was damaged in transit yet the branch who dispatch it does not know anything about the damage. Over the course of a few weeks I received 4 different conflicting stories from Makro and now I receive no response. If it was big ticket items I can understand, but it takes Makro more then 2 weeks to deliver Mayonnaise and Tomato sauce. I would not be so upset, but its my hamper stock and now my name and business are suffering, because Makro is giving me the run around. Honestly for such a big to not even respond to emails. Maybe they think they are too big too care.
