Incorrect payment profile
I took a short term loan from them in April and they have never updated that account is closed. I reported this bit was never assisted as they keep on asking details for they mistake

Refund due
I am waiting for refund that they said it was done.but when I log in to my profile no payment was done. I need refund for two order as only one was delivered. They services is bad.

******* debit order
I receive a call from Lindokuhle said he wants to quote me for a life cover. We did the qoute and it was supposed to start I June. Then request Lindokuhle to terminate the quote as I am no longer interested but which he never did anything. Then discovery debited my account *******. Now that I want refund I told to terminate first but I asked them how can I terminate something I never wanted.

Bad service
I am very irritated by this company .I did call lat week Wednesday for an installer and was given a number .That person said will only come on the 1st ,until today he has not even come and does not answer calls. So I called today for other number then I was given for an installer that is in kzn but I'm in gauteng. So I am not able to get an assistant from them .

Bad services
I had an arrangement with ssda that I will make payment in two installments and the balance was less than R2000.I paid the first R500 last month and today an amount of R1500 then I received miss call and call back.Then the agent tell me I owe R1700 which I did not know Ssda did not even send me communication about this. When i then said to the lady I want to speak to a manager then told me I must call on Monday , I then said it's not possible that someone is not available then she rudely drop the call this matter happen at around 11H45.

I very disappointed with this university. It's a money making scheme. How can you fail a module that you should pass and write supplement exam foe a module you don't qualify
