Their service is always exceptional and the perfumes always turns heads and makes one noticeable 🙈😂
It’s 3 weeks now I’m struggling with network especially after 6pm and weekends. I’ve sent numerous emails via their support but I haven’t received any feedback worse my matter hasn’t been attended to. Rain is offering terrible services and they not helpful to their customers.

They sell ****s and the perfume smell differently from the original. Bought light blue and it didn’t smell like it. It’s just water mixed with some scent. Never again
It’s 3 weeks now without connection and everyday all I get is that technicians are on site whereas no metrofibre technicians can be seen or their vehicle. All of their agents are trained to lie and to offer bad service and they don’t even care about their clients as they will tell you if you wanna terminate you can email them anytime. I’m sick of metrofibre
I have bought over 8 sneaker with them and last year June I bought 2 sneakers for me and my son Jordan’s 4 and during the week as it’s raining he was on his way back home when it rained and sneakers got wet and today he shows me that they torn. We spoke to the locker guy who was rude and told us that it’s our problem and that we are careless and that they sell only quality. Why is their quality getting torn within 8 months as if it’s cheap sneaker from the streets of Jozi? The Locker is selling Jozi street sneakers and they don’t take responsibility to the customers and they are just a rip off and scam.
Fedhealth is a good medical aid and since I’ve been using it have never had any authorization declined or had to fight with them for anything I’m currently happy with everything. What I need from them is that since we are using our own savings can they atleast allow savings to buy everything needed and not reject other meds and medical things. It’s my savings I pay for it monthly at least allow me to use it without rejecting anything, if I have R15000 of savings and I need a C Pap machine worth R11000 let my savings pay for it because it’s my savings that I pay for every month.
I would like to complain about Telkom and bellow is my response to them and I have attached my statement showing how much I must pay not the R2000 they telling me about. Telkom is becoming a fraud company now. Hellopeter please help me get this issue sorted and that I be freed from this monster Telkom company. Herewith attached my last statement showing the balance that I’m owing. I’m disputing the amount that you calling to tell me about which I don’t know anything about. Every month when I make a payment I’m told of the balance and the attachment is what I know that I’m owing and I’m not going to pay for any amount that is not in this statement. I made an arrangement with you that I’m going to pay R100 every month and at times I pay more because the person paying for me wants to see it settled. If I continue getting calls that I’m owing R2000 the person paying for me won’t pay and as an unemployed person I won’t afford paying meaning you can blacklist me if you want but I won’t pop up any cent beside the one appearing in my statement. Stop calling me telling me that I owe R2000 and texting me, you told me that you charge for every Sms, call and email and I won’t pay any cent any more because you are a fraud company Telkom.
I would like to appreciate the outstanding service of lady who has helped me with my 2 claims that leaded on resolving a different query I had. She took her time to make sure that I get the results that are positive and that I get my devices and I be happy. Nolubabalo Matandabuzo you are the best and your service is outstanding and exceptional, I appreciate everything you have done for me and please do for others as you have for me.
