I called 1st for women to require about the car insurance in August towards the end of the month I was happy with the quote when they sent me the mandate I declined it because the arrangement was to start paying at the end of September 2025,to my surprise they debited on the 26 August 2025 then debited on the 2nd of September 2025 after failing to reverse I then called fnb to reverse,they also failed I then asked fnb to block the debit order.This ****en 1st for woman ******* managed to debit again yesterday 25th September and 26th September 2025
I called first for woman to inquire about the car insurance towards the end August,they sent a mandate but I declined it as I wanted to start the insurance in September but they managed to debit from my account, after failing to reverse the funds called fnb and they also couldn't reverse it, I then asked fnb to stop the debit and this First for women ******* managed to debit twice on the 25th and today the 26th.....I'm so so angry. They debited 26 August, 2nd September 25 September and 26 September Fnb is reliable for this ****.......
Sent my My husband to Buy me R100 blue voucher on the 25.09.2025 he brought me a piece of slip when I asked him where is the voucher he told me that's the only slip they gave him.i told him its not a voucher,i work in a retail i know the difference,what makes me angry is that it is not the 1st time it happened and there's a security who claims that it also happened to him. Spar cashiers are *******.
CCD COURIER Driver came to deliver my Nedbank card, driver left with my card because he couldn't scan my ID,I have never had problems with my ID infact I had used the very same ID at the Nedbank branch.
Bought a car last year,was assisted by Martin, till today I'm still receiving great service from him. Thank you Hyundai for having people like Martin.
I put a claim on the 16th April 2024 for the 2 pot system ,after 2 weeks not receiving the funds I was advised that it may take a month,on the 18th May 2025 I called their offices again and I was told that there is nothing they can do I must log into the Mifa website which the status hasn't updated since 17th April 2025 till now. I would like to know when my funds will be paid.
My car involved in an accident,I called my broker for assist and he was advised that I'm inactive,I've sent them proof of payment and still did not get any response from them,wrote to hellopeter then I received communication ,they sent me a letter that they will investigate , I never received anymore communication,wrote to hellopeter again I then received email that they have allocated the money and my case was closed.I never received any more communication since, I decided to fix the car and in the process I contacted Consumer council for assistance and their reply is: the customer decided not to claim and fix the car herself.
Standard bank insurance never told me that my insurance is inactive,I have been manually paying and sent them proof of payment ,was told only when i claimed that I'm inactive,after I reported to hellopeter I received an email to say that my query will be investigated and once again they have failed to do so.😡
My car was involved in an accident,I called my broker Nhlanhla to ask about the procedure to claim and he told me that my insurance is inactive ,he transferred me to Solomon I sent them both my Proof of payments and now Solomon is either declining my calls or don't answer my calls and if my insurance was canceled i need the date and proof when it was canceled,i don't care if they do not cover my insurance any more I just want my refund.Im not surprised with the service I received from Standard bank as its not the 1st tome they gives me this kind of shocking experience that led to change banks, I had to move to Fnb as a result I regret the day I decided to give them a 2nd chance I thought it will be different this time I hope people will not use their insurance.
This is the 1st time and last time I buy from Rail way furnishers I bought a cupboard at Paledi Ref:46028826 Name of our sales lady is Johanna The cupboard had a factory fault I have sent pictures, when I called Johanna she advised me that she will send someone to come and fix it,no one has come and now I don't want them to fix I want a full refund as i paid cash or choose another cupboard that's what I said to her and she just rep**** oh well, I don't know because it has been signed delivered even when I tell the lady that they delivered at 11pm and if it was her would she have unwrapped and checked it at that time,I feel that she was rude and *********** and she does even meet the criteria of dealing with customers.
