I have been trying to get hold of the office but the number doesn't exist. I have sent emails but they bounce back. I need to terminate my contract without any joy. this is very bad business and cant be trusted
Firstly their site was not working for two weeks and when you finally open there is no option to claim for two POTS. OLD MUTUAL was is easy to claim. Personnel service is the worst they don't even want to commit themselves to guarantee that you claim will be processed. they send endless emails (copy and paste messages. ????????????????????
My daughter was in an accident traveling from Pretoria to Kempton park and up to now no one said anything regarding the accident. Clearly UBER is in the business of making money and don't care about their customers
I ordered food today and driver keeps getting lost and I sent my location and never bothered to use his app. I asked him for his cell phone number and he send a photo of the package lying somewhere. Arnold (delivery boy) is so unprofessional or he ate my lunch I am done using uber eats ( my food was ordered at GLEN ACRES please be warned you might get your orders
I have signed up and paid two weeks ago and still waiting. I received an email, sms plus WhatsApp that installers will be coming to my house on the 7th. I took a day`s leave and they never arrived nor call to say what is happening.
I bought prepaid electricity over two hours ago and I haven't received my token and no one is responding on their chat
WUMDROP promised to deliver my parcel on Saturday. I was told that I will receive a SMS and the driver will call me, up to now I had no communication from them this is really bad and I wouldn't advise anyone to use this courier company as it is not reliable and when you call their offices no one picks up the call. A lady by the name of Clara never answers my emails.
I have ordered an item from Makro and I was promised that it will be delivered on the 19 and never delivered. No one called me to explain why it was not delivered. I have sent several emails and made phone calls and I only got brush off answers. I have requested for a refund and still waiting for answers.
A bus to Mthatha on the 23rd broke down and took a very long time to be replaced and the driver were rude towards passengers. On Sunday the 26th coming back to Johannesburg just after Mthatha another bus broke down. On the 12th coming back from Mthatha aging the brakes failed and lies were told and we risk our lives to Johannesburg. What is going on at INTERCAPE who is issuing road worthy certificate for this bus company?
I received a very bad service for the shop. First, I was told that the material was not at the shop, and it will be delivered to me before 1pm and only received it after 6pm worst that not all material was included in the delivery. I tried to sort it out in a polite manner, but manager of the shop avoided me and gave me his junior who can't even speak properly to sort out my issue. to all public please never buy form this supplier otherwise you will regret it and the shop must close down
