The worst online store order not dilivered it's been 20 days and now waiting for refund they are still not refunding
The review is about the branch in Vereeniging 18 Beethoven street Duncanville The reception lady sounds as if she is irritated that you are there.I didn't get her name ,but she dyed her hair black not too long but just upto her shoulders.I will re-iterate her exact words So I came in the morning I greeted her she didn't greet me back s he was like "what are you here for " she then referred a friendly Amanda ,the tea lady was kind enough to offer tea and Amanda called a friendly driver who drove me town . During the day called to check if they were done with servicing then the reception lady responded with "yes how can I help you" tried to greet her she asked again "yes how can I help you "? πShe then hang up and called and asked "how can I help " without greeting again okay fine she promised to call me back to fetch my , of which she never did .When I got there she gave me the keys and said " go and take your car " I had to figure out where it was .But now I was not given any invoice and my service book is not stamped π now I have drive and waste my petrol just for a stamp.Yoo I normally use Suzuki Fourways and the standard of service is the best.Vereeniging is a nightmare.Please train or find someone friendly and courteous for your reception.The lady is tired π© shame
Bought online on the 25 till today no delivery no refunds and they are now , ignoring my emails.The first week they said it is out of stock I should wait 2 weeks it's more than 2 weeks they are now ignoring me
The credit card app has been offline for a week now ? What is the meaning of this ?
I went to open an account at Evaton mall .Today I check my credit score went down because of an enquiry made without my consent . Why do your consultants do this? I mean the consultant was quite through out the whole transaction didn't even care to explain how their services or the card works but he desides to temper into my credit score.Please find a way to resolve this.
Vox is a **** ,I subscribed to their unlimited calls app ,only worked for 3 minutes requested for cancelation,I was ignored, finally I managed to cancel on their app then a month later they send a letter of demand requesting payment for 350 for something I didn't use , fellow South Africans don't fall into the same trap as me run
I request a sim swap delivery was very quick but now I'm sitting with an inactive sim for 4 days had to spend more money buying prepaid which I didn't budget for.been sending support emails and calling till today they are still escalating

Bad attitude from staff member at Woodmead branch Mashudu,we were asking her to check the balance on our Makro card,with an attitude she answered and said ,"but you were told to bring a proof of payment" by who she said we always tell them she then argued and said we always do , I found that very rude and undermining people please give your staff members training on customer service or maybe she can do shelf packing or cleaning since she can't stand people
