This was the worst dining experience ever, worst birthday ever, thank you FireRoom Hazelwood. Got there at 7pm, ordered by 8pm, waited till almost 10pm for our food. Waiter kept on saying 2 min, 2 mins and 2 hours later the **** hit the fan. They brought oxtail where the bone was still frozen, indicating that they took it from the freezer, ****ed it in a pan and brought it to the table. I hate this place and would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Please close down, you will do us all a favor.
I would suggest you stay away from these guys. Their IT systems are not on par, they talk the talk but do not have the infrastructure to back it up. Debit Order goes off for the bi-weekly installment, but after 3 days it still reflects as in Arrears. Sure this will impact my credit score negatively, so I will be sure to settle them a.s.a.p.
<div>I have a current claim with Naked Insurance (which was approved) and the BMW Approved Repair Centre had to claim for additional paint costs as the colour my of vehicle is a bit more expensive as a basic colour. The Assessor at Naked just refuses to approve the additional costs and does not provide any information. Now my vechicle is repaired but cannot be released as the authorization for the additional charges is pending. My car has been with the repair centre for 2 months now, and I am fed up with *********** people. Assessor at Naked - +++++ - my claim number +++++. My claim handler, +++++ is also of zero help. Never available to take a call, not to mention returning a call or email. Fed up guys... You are quick to bump up my monthly installment with arounf 30% striaght after the claim but the service received from you are lacking...</div>

They then update the tracking details with "Delivery Failed". Called the call centre on Thursday, hold on for 30 min, after I received another sms confirming delivery on Thursday. Call centre consultant said parcel is still with them and not out for delivery, only on Friday?? **** you Skynet and Vodacom for using these assholes.

Steer clear from this useless courier service. They make an appointment for a delivery. Firstly they do not pitch for the appointment and then the courier indicates that they were here but they were unable to find me. What? Did I hide behind a bush or something? You are ridiculous - I hope I never have to deal with you again!!
Guys please steer clear and stay away from events hosted by these people. They make it impossible for you to get your money refunded to you (which was prepaid onto your tag) I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through the hassles I've gone through with these guys, they just don't seem to have any customer service. Quick to upload your money, but impossible to get your refund paid back to. Quoted from their website: "AUTO CASHOUT - They can easily access leftover funds" LOL what a joke.
I have a contract with MTN which I'd like to cancel. This account is currently in advance and I would like cancel the contract early. Apparently you cannot cancel the contract at a branch and you can only do this by dialing 135. These people do not answer their phones, you hold on for 30mins plus or until your minutes or airtime run out. No joy with these guys, please steer clear and rather make use of a service Provider like Vodacom, or any else for that matter, I have also emailed them at retentions@mtn.co.za but no luck. Cell number to cancel is 083287446 - bot sure if anyone will look at this, but yeah that's the level of service I'm used too from MTN.
These useless people are quick to call you when your account is handed over, but I've been struggling for more than a week to get hold of these *****s to get my paid up letter - people steer clear of these guys, they are the worst scum there is...
Struggling for 3 days now to downgrade and cancel an additional decoder. These guys make it easy for you to upgrade or get additional services, but downgrading or cancelling is near impossible!!! Next step, just don't pay, disconnect my useless services and stream Netflix or Amazon. Done with DSTV, you can stick your ****py shows you know where.
