I prescribed my debt around 2009 then this year 2025 august they listed debt of R21000 under Maravedi financial and now i can't get hold of both Maravedi and JDG group. I've sent several emails without any response. When i call they send me pillar to post. can someone please send me my debt prescription letter please
There's a ****mer who uses tyme bank account to **** people. When I phoned tyme bank I was told to phone my bank so that they can trace funds. The same person who ****med me he nearly ****med most of my ex colleagues using same tyme bank account number. Why is his account number still active. I opened case but still can't be helped to trace my funds or the person who is out there ****ming people. Obviously to open account you need Fica.
Took funeral policy with them last year they never debited my account on time and i even called them to let them know my position. This month they debited my account twice of which it was too much for me. im earning R3000 a month im not ashamed to share my pay slip with them. how can they deduct R1208.00 meaning they left me cashless and devastated. they take time to answer to my calls and ended up finishing my airtime. is either they refund me or better cancel my policy will go where i can get better service and honesty.

only one person can work on my claim if he is on leave or not at work no one can help me. Accident happened in May till today they are still working on it. i was told that their TAT is 60 days, but 60 days turn out to be 5 months. I've signed release forms but still no one can help me because the person who is in charge is not at work. Hollard is *** Insurance
They take time to refund me my money but when i take time to pay them they suspend my services. i waited for 14 days but still no refund.

I am in need of Paid up Letter that reflects both account number and reference Number. i called recoveries call center several times but they telling me that i should wait for 7 working days. why they managed to send me incorrect one within 12 hours? i requested to speak to their team leader (Elaine) but couldn`t reach her as Agent are working from home. i want to apply for a Personal loan again but i cant since i don`t have paid up letter. what a pathetic service i had. No wonder why they have so bad ratings on this Platform.

They closed complain ticket that is still unresolved. They messing up my credit profile.please rectify your mistake on my credit profile is now almost 3 months.. I need to refinance my car with better financial institutions not MFC crooks.
