If you want poor service, *********** and your money to be taken without services rendered, then try these people. I paid in full and they brought incorrect windows and did one window and left me hanging. Now they demand that I pay more for their *********** behavior. I will never recommend them to anyone. I'll tell my neighbor to look elsewhere as he also wanted a windscreen. Next step, posting on social media for all to know how pathetic the service is.
FNB High Priority Complaint ref 3291792 been sent to Personal and Private Service Recovery (PPSR) ppsr@fnb.co.za. A consultant will contact you within 24-48 business hours. Matter not receiving "High Priority" all lies and deceit. Failure to act in my instructions. Continued arrogance, refusing to close a cheque account. Wanting me to pay exorbitant fees! Customer abuse.
They are *******ly keeping my withdrawal. I made a claim on WhatsApp and they still have not paid, 7 days later! The process usually take 3 to 5 days. Never invest with these people. It's a ****. It's a fly-by-night.

It's a scam. Do not buy from this business. They are unethical and they cheat you out of your hard earned money. No data flow. No internet access for 48 hours. LTE team does not exist. They are refusing to pay back the money. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AFRIHOST.
Stock disappearance from the store at Cresta mall. According to their system, they have 4 sizes of which I wanted to do an exchange for but they can't locate even one of those sizes. It is my considered view that stock grew legs and walked out of the store. There is no other explanation for this. The Managers, Florah Sibiya & Gugu Ndlovu went from pillar to post looking for the shoes to no avail. This needs serious attention and it is a huge inconvenience to myself to find that shoes exist on the system and not on the floor. I have every right to exchange at any store and it is unacceptable to want me to go to another store so that the disappearing stock can perhaps continue. This must be checked ASAP.
To whom it may concern. I had the displeasure of calling 165 and got assisted, lack thereof, by Menzi Chamane. He was one belligerent fellow and does not deserve to be in Customer Care. Menzi was forcing me to do authentication fully, while I have an MTN PIN for calling the call centre. I asked him why must I give him my ID number, the so called full security check while I usually call and get assisted through my PIN. I explained this tacitly to him, he refused to badge and actually told me I am not listening to what he is saying, and in not so many words, that I am not a cooperating client! I find this despicable, rude and totally pugnacious. He literally told ne he is not going to assist, and dropped the phone in my ear. I thereafter called, a nice lady assisted me within 3 minutes, talk about customer service! She only took my name and MTN PIN Number. Why is there no correlation between the two agents? I demand to be assisted as soon as possible and this behaviour, if found to be out of line, that Menzi must be dealt with. Awaiting your prompt response.
I would to commend Aida Sekoto(sic) for the exceptional service rendered to myself today. I was treated like a human being and not just another client. It was a very refreshing experience ???? thank you MmeAida Sekoto..May you receive all your heart desires.
I bought wings and they were uncooked, literally. I will go to my Dr for a medical and send them all the bills before suing the hell out of them.
