On December 28 2024,I received an sms that I can pay my credit card via a link or use easypay reference.Because links are highly risky for fradualent activities, I then opted to go into my capitec bank app and made a payment from my daughter's account using the easypay reference which showed that the account is for Nedbank ltd.I sent the proof of payment on the 3rd of January 2024 and as of now the payment is missing .Phindile has advised that the funds cannot be found at any of their suspense accounts and no one seems to know what the easyrefernce account at Nedbank is.I cannot comprehend as to why Nedbank would encourage this source of payment method but not be able able to allocate the funds.I am now getting calls from collections to say to I have not paid and have directed me to go to Capitec as there is nothing they can do and will close the inquiry.Nedbank should cut ties with Easypay as they are not able to deal with issues that come with using the 3rd party.
On the 3rd of January 2024, I paid a payment using a easypay reference for Nedbank Ltd via Capitec App. They payment cannot be allocated at Nedbank any of their suspense accounts.The payment cannot be found ,Nedbank has confirmed that they cannot find it.I went to Capitec as I had made a payment and they advise that they can see the funds left my account and with Nedbank Ltd but cannot confirm if the bank account .They have escalated the matter but have advised that the issues are created by the third party which is Easypay
I took a contact on special which was R399 for six months and R609 thereafter. I saw a the amount reflecting on the email.I called and confirmed before I activated the connection at home and lady I spoke to said I should ignore that email.They will debit R399 for six months.Today 31 they tried to debit R851..How ?I completed the order online and paid the R250 installation ,so what is the R851.The internet was used from the 1st of Dec
Mc Donald's Gugulethu Branch is inefficient. I went to the drive through I ordered Kit Kat Mcflurry they said they don't have ice cream.Proceeded and order 4 Big Macs regular meals they said they do not have lettuce,I was like that is fine.I then proceeded to order quarter pounder they said they dont have onion,lettuce and cucumber ,I asked if they expected us to pay the same since they seem not to have everything.The person assisting said yes.I asked for the manager and a lady called Zandile said she was the manager and asked her since they don't have most of the ingredients ,are they expecting us to pay the full amount.She said they tell the customers what they don't have so that we can decide if we want to buy or not.I said the system she can overide and discount what they don't have and I don't think the franschise owner would be happy with her reply.She said there is nothing can do.I cancelled my order and drove to athlone and got a great service there. Apparently they always have issues with their food and shortage of ingredients .It was empty inside and car behind us also left with nothing
I have been with rain for about 3 months and been struggling with connection.I work from home 4 days a week so you can imagine the inconvience and struggle I go through daily.I have been trying to call and cancel but no one is picking up their calls
I had requested a return of an item on the 15th of September 2023. On the 18th, the package was collected. The status on take alot has been concluded by no refund has been initiated. I paid using payflex and it still shows as next payment date is on the 3rd of October 2023. I have sent an email but no reply as yet the reference is MRRN-ZM4RD-RNRM
I shop at takealot all the time. They have become my go to shop but their drivers seems not to care about the clients anymore. I had a delivery that was said to by Tuesday and this morning I go to my app and see that the said I was not home to collect and they will reschule for Wednesday. I stay in a gated village and there are Securities by the gate and usually when other drivers get there and I am not they will call and will tell them where to drop the parcel. I just feel like the drivers don't really care about the customers and they don't see the need to go an extra mile.
I went to KFC Kenilworth center and bought 5 piece chicken online. I was disgusted to see that the chicken is not fully cooked and wet.. I have pictures...
On the 14 of July, I went to Telkom store in Kenilworth and while being assisted, I was told their fingerprint matchine is offline which meant home affairs is not offline and they could not give an ETA when it could be resolved and I had to walk around the mall for an hour and half and when I went back still they were offline. This morning I went to Telkom in Vangate mall, I got there the lady was less helpful than Cindy in Kenilworth center, she said they offline and does not know when it will be back online.She did not check or try and she if it works. I then also needed to block a Sim card and she called the call center which the agent advised they have system issues and hanged up. I then left the store u helped. I walked around the mall and on my way to the exist entrance I passed Telkom and the lady was standing at the door and asked her if they still offline and she said yes without again checking..So if Home Affairs goes offline for a month, does that mean I would not able to do my Sim swap? What other measurements in place for when this happens to verify the person?
Good morning, I just realised that my interest on my loan is increasing instead of decreasing.This I had raised on the initial stages and I was given a reason,which now does not make sense.I have been on time with the account and have not missed not one payment.Please look at that,recalculate and correct my account.
