We had a parcel that was not delivered to us, but to get feedback and get someone to help you is absolute a nightmare...they provide a **** service and we lost money with not getting our parcel that was wrongly delivered to wrong address. Please dont use this F&^%$# business
I tried to get a Contract for the special10mbps 100gb wifi for R269 at Nicolway in Bryanston MTN branch with Emma helping me and from Saturday 11 May she is struggling to get in the system to approve the transaction and the MTN system does not allow her....this is VERY BADDDDD SERVICES FROM MTN....thats why Vodacom is such more professional and MTN not doing so good....you cant get clients with this type of S^%$ services

We order and pay for tiles at Ismail ARBOUR CROSSING (after Rashid made calculations errors on tiles need) for another lot off tiles needed….he did not allow for cutting, breakage and skirtings. We paid via EFT and proof of payment was send and received. No where did Ismail inform us that the money must reflect in their account when collecting. So after a few hours we paid someone to go and collect and Ismails refuse to release the tiles. THIS IS SUPER BAD SERVICE. Very rude and un helpful. Safe yourself a lot of problems and STAY AWAY
I have ordered and paid for Fridge on 17 December with promise of delivery on 23rd....I was contacted via sms for delivery on 24th...nothing happened...tried calling HIFI at Arbour crossing in Amanzimtoti, they dont even pick up their telephones. This is the worst service I have experienced from this bad store. Will go and cancel this and collect my money. Cant deal with such incomptenance
I did a re-issue of my PCC through Jodie and before we started the process Jodie was truly upfront indicating to me that their is a back log at the PCC Dept due to various issues they have and I explained to her i need it urgent, but abide to her knowledge and service. I must say I got more than outstanding service from Jodie on WhatsApp and email and my PCC was re-issue within 48 hours....where will you get this service. Jodie Excellent and Keep it up as customers like me will remember this the rest off my life
Su Casa has sold us a genuine leather uppers Venice Lounge Suite that was of inferior quality. The backrest of the 3 x seater has a crack in the one patch that seems to be synthetic and not genuine leather (some type of synthetic material). Su Casa was contacted on various emails and only respond once saying the lounge suite was out of warranty (6 months), but the whole lounge suite is now only 1 year old and we have taken very good care of it with regular leather care etc etc. Please check before buying from Su Casa as their after sales service in none existing
My wife want to do a sim swap or porting as they call it from Cell C to Vodacom, but what a useless exercise as Vodacom been struggling for weeks now to sort this out and give reference numbers but either they lying or dont know what they doing....I call Vodacom ****ing useless
We have a medical aid with Discovery with aid number ********** 31 and only have 1 doctor (in their approved list) to visist in Umzinto, which is 20 km from us in a very dangerious place/town. So this is according to me violation of my human right that there is no other doctor in Scottburgh or closer to another town Umkomaas around 10km from Scottburgh. I cant see paying for a medical aid that dont look after their clients. It just shows they in for the money and not nearly looking after the needs off their clients
