I am really disappointed as I write this review, i've a customer for a long time, and never had issues but as of recent, i am really shuttered, and you guys don't care at all,you locked my phone on the 13th feb, till today its still locked, and you cant unlocked, instead of being another device, you opting me to rather cancel the contract, which will be at a cost to me, that's so unfair, i feel ****med i regret why i took up that upgrade now I am paying for a phone i cant use, how is that fair?
I am really ****ed off now, my shipment is stuck with Rtt couriers, because, you guys loaded my delivery address wrong, and you failing to update it even i did call, now you not taking my calls, what is it that i am supposed to do, the courier company, can't assist, until you send correct details, when i doing an application with you, i gave every correct details, but yoh loaded nonsense,
Good day,i don't know how I feel, but m ****en ****ed,yes i admit that sometimes we slip up,but not on purpose, i made a partial payment in December for my account, i was hoping to get more funds,and actually make it full,but i failed, yesterday my line was suspended,after making payment arranged my device which is my Samsung phone ,got locked meaning i cant use it,i phoned again through the call screen that is made available ,I asked why is my phone locked even after an arrangement, i was told it will be unlocked after my account is upto date,i made plans same yesterday made payment for overdue amount, but still i cant use my phone,today i made a phone call,was referred to the mtn branch they also dont know what the **** is wrong with my device, they cant resolve,the customer care,the legal department, collection department, they dont know who locked my phone for reason of overdue payment, and they also dont how to unlock it,now what am i suppose to do,i am stuck,i cant access my emails,anything just a phone with screen that has a message from mtn informing of my locked phone due to overdue amount, the amount i manage to cover,yet no one can unlock my phone and life goes on,and who the **** locked it,i am so ****en ****ed
A week ago i phoned the contact center, asking them to help with updating my number for otp purposes, so that I can access my mobi sars app, instead, I was scheduled a call appointment, for that waiting period was 72hrs but no call, till today i have no access to my app, because the cell number they sent otp to, is currently unavailable, this frustrating, and now when you are place at numbet 400 queue, can that make sense why is your service so poor
2 months back i reported issue with internet, connection, i was made aware there were issues, with cell towers, which vodacom consultant told me, i should cancel, my contract, instead of addressing the issue with towers, i was disappointed, vodacom is my favorite network, so i need to know, since well i am supposed, to cancel home internet, must i also move away from vodacom, since even on my number, i experiencing same issue of network, why is it difficult that you guys can't fix your cell towers, and the only option is me canceling my contract what kind of solution is that?
i am really disappointed,i dont even have words to describe my disappointment, it's now the 2nd if not 3rd month, having poor signal, when you report it, they dont address issue, of cell tower which might be the problem, i was even forced to pay for a swim swap, my router proved that the issue might a cell tower around sosha, because anywhere else, it connects okay, but in my place, it never connects as it used to do

You guys are responsible for administrating our fund, yet when we having difficulties we have no one to assist, your consultants are useless, they not responding to emails, i have an issue with nbc land portal, after logging in i cant access the ask kiosk, it says access denied, i have queried enough i am fed up
I am really disappointed, last week i made a purchase, I had funds in my account, but i am forced to accept the fee charge of no funds,and the same,fee is deducted from the change, that was left after, after purchase,yet i am supoosed to accept
You guys are so quick to act when it favors you, i once had an issue where i paid for ****en 6 months, without proper connection on your side, you couldn't resolve my issue, i waited for the cancelation letter from your side, but it never happened , i just miss one payment, which I corrected already, my account is handed over to legal, how hypocrite can you guys be yoh,for the whole ****en 6 months i paid for no service on my side, and you never ****en dd anything, it was always me who had to call, and you guys making ****en empty promises, you dont failed to deliver when i needed service, yet too quick when you have not received payment ***on shiiit
