OK furniture somerset west worst service
I bought a fridge cash at OK furniture in Somerset west on 20 September 2025. The fridge started to smell at the back last week. Contacted OK someone phone to come out today at 12. No one pitched. OK furniture this is bad service and I'm taking this to the cpa

Mr Price Somerset west worst customer service
Goodday I purchased a router at Mr price Somerset west. The Router is advertised for R249 but scanned 499. The cashier said I must pay in R191 as there were insufficient credit on my account for my purchase. .I then asked the friendly lady who assist what is the rigth price as it shows 249. She said it's R249. I asked for the store manager and she just came with an attitude and said give it for R249 and left. I asked for my money back of R191 which I payed in and I receive no response from the cashier as well as the supervisor. This is the worst service I have ever had. A manager that just walks away and A supervisor that just ignores the customer

Shoprite Broadway covid death zone
Shoprite Broadway is a real danger shop to shop in. People don't adhere to the covid 19 regulations and there are more than 250 people in the store. People takes there mask off in the shop and some people masked are below there nose including employees. No manager in store to complain to and no response from secjrity

Oxbridge academy is a fake
I signed up and payed the registration at the end of January 2021. It's end of Feb already and haven't receive one book. This people is a bunch of crooks. When I whatsapp them stating I'm opening a case of fraud they send and sms stating that the books are being despatch just to receive another sms a minute after stating they waiting for stock and as soon as they receive it they will despatch my books. Bunch of crooks and dishonest

Kfc the worse of the worse
I placed an online order and went in store at 18:35. At 19h00 I was still waiting for my order. The manager who was giving out the order didn't even know what was Goin on. I received my food after 19:05 after asking and she blamed the cashier. Bad service and no leadership skills. Worse service ever bye bye kfc

Click false advertising
I bought a kettle at Cicks Soneike. On the shelf the price shows R159. When I got home I saw they charged me R239. I contacted Clicks customer care and they said the kettle is R159 and that the Store manager will contact Me. Its been a week and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me Very poor customer service
