Terrible customer service.. consultants are no help whatsoever!!!! iv had "Please can you try connecting to the internet now and revert to us" for 12 times.Speak to them on whatsapp and they ghost u. No response like give me 10 minutes il revert..NOTHING..Just quiet.I get calls saying okay il have to escalate this ..Im still waiting.Its like they respond to tickets just so that the ticket shows answered I know I worked with ticket system in insurance as well.. nothing is resolved.Its a week that im waiting on my port or NAT setting to be fixed.Please can I get EMAIL clarification as to what is going on? Is someone actually going to help me?
The WORST electricity company ever! I have never recharge so many times in one week. We have no clue as to what is going off where. We just get a total and we see that minus by the minute.Im thinking of leaving my complex due to this electricity situation. Do not recommend at all. They have no clue whats going on!
Got debitted with no trip that took place..So that leaves me stranded. To top that they tell me that i need to wait 1-11 days as if its my fault.
This is the most frustrating app and service. This app never works! How are we suppose to maintain our water and electricity if we cant load money and load meters. Every singke time I get an telegram statinv they cant communicate to the meter.Whose problem is that?????Mine?? Device disconnected. Plz try again in 30 minutes? Why????Plz before this gets ugly. Sort out this app and network problems or whatever the case may be. I have heard all the excuses. I dont want excuses i want solutions and this app needs to work. I dont even know how you guys are still in business..
Disappointed in the service of a new contract I am receiving. Spoke to 4 consultants no one could assist - they then sent me to the store went to store they said the Samsung s21FE that i wanted for R349 is a online deal. eventually got it online and got approved. MONDO-Indian Girl consultant at mondo added a 8 gig mega deal to my contract without my consent - i clearly stated that its too expensive and i dont want it! I want this reversed immediately! If my debit goes as R1000 im going to go to social media. Please get this sorted ASAP.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! App is never working - whatsapps take forever for a response. Money doesnt get allocated. Have to manually charge a meter. This complex is perfect except for them using unimet. Very bad service
Kfc fourways crossing...Very bad service, made us stand and wait for 15 minutes while no one served us and then when we got to the front they said they dont have chicken.Then offered us one box master and the other stuff they cant attend to us and talking in their own language.We then just left because we waisted over 20 minutes standing and waiting for nothing.
Worst place to take out a contract....i had someone calling me to upgrade my package and gave me the incorrect details and prices and then my package gets upgraded for R200 more,then to top that they dnt debit me and when i call to enquire the consultant says no the debit was received.Now i get debited this month for R890...Thank you Mtn..#wegotyou.. yep u did!!!!
