DO NOT GO GIVE THEM YOUR GEARBOX OR CAR
Took gearbox to get my reverse gear repaired Dec 16th, was told it will be stripped and quoted the next day. Waited a week - no quote. Called in then got told they closed for festive and reopen the 5th of Jan. Messaged the owner early on Jan 5th saying I’m collecting my box and he says okay. I go collect my box and it’s given back to me in pieces? So I wait 3 weeks, get no updates and get my box back in pieces, which was working fine (besides reverse). Beware of this place. Took in a working gearbox and I got it back in pieces. No explanation they just bring it out and throw it in my boot. They obviously wanted to spite me for saying I’m fetching my box, this after letting me wait 3 and a half weeks with no feedback whatsoever. Anyways they just lost an opportunity to work on my entire fleet of cars and my teams drift cars lol. Take your hard earned money to people who will respect you and your vehicle/parts.

Pathetic, Drivers mark orders as delivered when it's not and Mr D refuse to refund. Pathetic joke company will go out of business soon.

Experian SA Needs to Be Closed Down
This company is quick to add negative information to your record but refuses to assist when they need to correct information on their system. Really pathetic service, agents just sent you pre-written giberish and tell you, you must wait 60 days for something to be fixed and then tell you, you can only dispute one issue at a time. What a pathetic company, there is a reason they removed their phone lines.

Credit Record Incorrect
Hi, I need urgent support with removing incorrect defaults from my Credit Record. The one account was settled and the other was paid up more than 60 days ago. I have been trying to call but your number is not working and emails are not being responded to. It is more than 60 days and still reflecting on my record and I am unable to get credit due to this. Incorrect Defaults

I was previously told these defaults will disappear after 60 days since paying it up but this is not the case. Telkom is a Joke, DO NOT USE THEM
For the second time in the space of 12months I have had my line relocation messed up by an incompetent agent. It is now 6 weeks since I requested a line relocation and even the Supervisors refuse to assist, supervisor name: Keenin Clarke. He refuses to respond to my mails even though his agent escalated the issue to him. On top of this I have also been charged for an 8mb line while I have had a 4mb TIN, this went on for 12months and still Telkom is refusing to help me yet they insist on taking money from my bank account. This company is the biggest joke in SA, rather go wireless and use Afrihost or a company that actually believes in Customer Service.

DO NOT USE TAKEALOT.COM
Do not use this company. I have placed an order for a gift 2 weeks ago. Today i get an email stating their supplier is out of stock and i will not be getting the item. TWO WEEKS LATER. and now they are still tell me i need to wait up to a week for my refund. This is a joke company. Rather make use of Amazon. Takealot this is pathetic. Order: ********** 2

Pathetic Usless Service
I have been trying without success to move my ADSL Line. I either get told the technician will call me and arrange a date to come to my place and other times they tell me there is an order pending and they cannot send a technician until that order has been cancelled? This has been the case for the past month. All I want is to move my line which I have not been using since I moved - over 3 weeks ago. And yet Telkom still collect month installment yet they are refusing to sort this out. Nobody takes ownership at this company since they already have all the marketshare. Rather go to a wireless company that will do all they can to support. Not like Telkom that acts as if they're doing you a favour when you call in.

NDA will ruin your life.
I am just writing this review to warn prospective clients of this company. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT allow these people to do any checks on your name. They called me claiming to work on behalf of the NCR, they advised they can save me money on my installments and that they can do a check which will not affect my score. After they did a check all my credit cards were cancelled and I am now unable to obtain any type of credit due to the "Check" which they have done. I have tried getting assistance from them but they are now saying I need to get letters from my bank to prove that my credit is declined because of them and the bank is advising this is not necessary. Either way, I am now stuck without a place of living as I'm due to move out my apartment and need credit. Please fellow South Africans do not even accept a call from these criminals. They will ruin your credit record without your permission and then send you around to try and fix a mess which they have created. Utterly disgusted and shocked that companies are allowed to get away with this.
