Supersonic(Useless)
You guys should hang your heads in shame charging customer for a LTE line that never works. Your call centre agents are just as bad. When they contact you back they let the phone ring twice and hang up or don't even reply when you pick up in time. You Whattsapp service is a waste of time as nobody even answers back on that. The only ISP service provider that has outdone Telkom in becoming the worse service provider to date. Always the same excuse the tower is down, if this is the case maybe you should be monitoring the towers better and sending technicians to fix the as they are always broken. I can gladly say I will not be missing you or your useless service.

Pharmacy Direct poor delivery service
How long must I wait to get my chronic medicine. It is 2 weeks overdue and good luck anyone trying to get hold of you via phone call. I have dealt with Pharmacy Direct in the past and the delivery service was awful at the time, glad to see things have not changed.

Flight refunds
How long must I wait for my refund, we cancelled our flights in October and we are still waiting. You keep on promising the money will be paid and nothing ever happens. Sort this **** out now already as I will take it further
