We ordered the Seafood Paella that contained, Mussels, prawns, calamari and chicken with a herbs. On the menu the picture showed dry rice with whole prawns. When the dish came the rice (if it was rice) was soaked in tomato type sauce, making everything soggy and wet. It was extremely sour because of the tomato sauce and the prawns were curled up, small and overcooked. We raised this issue with the manager and all she said was that we should companion to the head office and this is how they get it from them. All she gave was a 10% discount. We did not want to score a free meal. We wanted them to be aware of how distasteful the meal was. My partner and I experience tummy cramps after due to the sourness of the meal.
The pricing of their listings are not true. The front page gives a rate. Then when the enquiry is sent, the rate is more. Also when the listing is viewed it shows available but when the enquiry is done the reply is that there's no availability. Happens every time. I will not be using this site again.
Ever since I've been visiting Chatz Langeberg Mall in Mossel Bay, I've only received the best service from these friendly ladies. Always greeting with a smile and ensuring that their clients leave happy. And because of their good service, I've become a regular client of this branch. Well done ladies!
This company is quick to take deposits but has all kinds of excuses when it needs to be refunded. I have wasted so much airtime calling this company requesting my refund. I will be issuing them an invoice for airtime wasted.
This company does not stop phoning for payments even though my palmers are made every month, same date and on time.'
I am tired of being harassed by this company with daily calls asking for payment. Payments are done on time but they still continue to phone up until 10 days after payments are made. This company should be report for bad conduct.
This company sends numerous emails even when payment is made and if there is a short payment they threaten. The account in question is under my mother's name who is a pensioner. I have asked for statements as I need to see what is outstanding but they will not fulfill my request. There will be no more payments until statements are received
I paid a deposit to have a dsl line installed but due to rental circumstances I could not proceed with this so I cancelled the contract before any installment was done at the property. I cancelled on 15 May. It is 2 months later, more than 5 phone calls, repeated explanations and 3 emails and have still not been reimbursed with my deposit. Whenever I call, it’s the same excuse - that the order was not billed yet. This is ridiculous and this is stealing.
