I was treated like a number at Fnb Birch Acres this morning, i made a transfer with immediate payment option until now I haven't received my money, I'm in a business of buying and selling cars and I wanted that money immediately, I went to the branch and was assisted by the lady named Ruth,she just wanted me out of the branch, 0 empathy until another lady chipped in to assist, I forgot her name, FNB give your staff trainings, can they please treat us like we matter and I want this escalated cause it's inconveniencing my business
