Dear Makro, Can you please come collect your faulty item.
I have been trying to return a faulty device sent by Makro. They keep claiming collection attempts failed, yet I have not received a single call, SMS, or notification from any courier. This appears to be a deliberate delay tactic to allow the return timeframe to lapse. I do not accept this faulty product. Makro must arrange immediate collection. Please come fetch your faulty product.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I cancelled my policy in January and took up a new policy with another FSP. Despite this, your company has continued to debit my account, resulting in me being dual insured, which is not allowed. To make matters worse, I was assigned a representative who has not responded to any of my emails, leaving this issue unresolved. This level of service is unacceptable. Since I have exhausted all reasonable attempts to resolve this matter directly with your company, I am left with no choice but to escalate this complaint to the Ombudsman.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor treatment I received during my stay at Lenmed Lenasia. My experience at your facility has left me deeply distressed and regretful that I ever sought care there. The final straw was the harassment I experienced from one of your staff members, Ms. Buyi Nkosi. Her conduct towards me was unprofessional, inappropriate, and left me feeling unsafe and humiliated during a time when I needed care and support.
