Bad online service and communication. Ordered online and silence from Cellini and only after nagging them did they send a tracking link and number that didn’t work.
Weird unpleasant service at the dispensary in Seapoint Dischem. They took so long to sort out simple meds. By Chad and then the other pharmacist seemed overwhelmed and impolite.
I cannot get Discovery to link my steps. They have tried, the have escalated, and they are helpless - unless it’s a bot of a **** and they are trying to allow this inefficiently to happen.
Both my son and my daughter’s data ‘disappeared’ - the full 50GB day and night data for my son - and everyone knows that the night data can’t be used (sort of a **** vibe). So where is it - who stole it? Cell C? Why you taking so long to return it - went to Waterfront Cell C, spoke to Tyrone who escalated it. But no communication so far, from him for an update, from CELL C returning it.
My son’s Cell C airtime and data just keeps disappearing. He isn’t using it. We went into the Cell C shop at the V&A waterfront and the woman there told us what was wrong and did something on his phone and she actually made it less functional and didn’t fix the problem.
The takelot delivery guy didn’t call. Just kept logging that he tried to come and tried to come over and over. Yet we were home. The support staff said they could see he was there. So I told them tell him to call me. But he didn’t. And it is way too much admin to negotiate my delivery.
I have a Canon G3420. Not a great printer. Difficult to connect it to Wifi (was always like this), we moved cities and now it really won't connect, or be 'found' from phone or laptop. Can't use a cable to over ride. Called the support centre 0800005522 and they made me hold for ages. It also hasn't got quality printer. Wish for my very old HP laser jet that just printed when it was told.
I am tied into a contract with cell C and now I want to buy pay as you go. I bought my own phone. So essentially I owe nothing. It’s my money. Month to month. So it’s not applicable that I owe anything. It’s just Cell C taking my money They need to give me the freedom to pay as I wish. And the contract and better cheaper ways to get data and minutes was not explained properly. This is taking my time And I already came into the shop to sort out.
I got a wireless Telkom landline phone a couple of years ago, and I can’t get it to work. It’s unstable and complicated. I just want a simple landline for security. Each time I take it into the shop they get it to ring. Each time I bring it home it doesn’t. I logged a complaint I just got an email it is resolved. Except it isn’t I need someone to come here and sort it out.
Somehow Shein has my Instagram account and they keep tagging me. It’s unethical and inconvenient that they keep drawing my attention. They didn’t get permission and I don’t know how to unclip. I asked
