My wife placed an order thru Uber eats and we never received our order, we got the a message from the app order delivered and we got a message from the driver order not delivered. so we called the driver and his phone was of. the driver never contacted us telling he was here. So we went to KFC to collect our order and the driver never took our order back to the shop. I tried calling uber eats and no one could help me. they kept transferring the call to someone else. I am very discussed with uber eats. Absolutory the worse service i received eve, I would like to get feedback from someone that know what they are talking about and would understand my frustration that i had
just had the worst service from kfc complaints department. After i lost my order of R730.00 all they can say they cant help me. i insisted to speak to a manager after the person **** to me he was just a supervisor. I am totally discussed the way i got shuffed from pillar to post and no real help from him. This is not even the first time i have an issue with KFC. How many time we received food short or incorrect. I really feel KCF is not there for the customers any more. I must say that with Hungry Lion i have never had an issue before always good service and always willing to help if there is a problem. their food might not be a 10 out 10 but ***** service is 10 out of 10.
Absolutely shocking service from the manager (Natasha) She is not a manager.She leid every time..Also does not answer her phone when we call or the staff working there.
i have send my microwave in, they told me that it will go for repairs. the microwave is not even a year old. i called them after 2 weeks they said they waiting for a part. So we waited and waited almost a month. so i decide to go to the store and find out what is happening. the microwave was at the store. nobody contacted me, so we ask them to test it but the microwave did not even make a cup of water hot, and there is a big dent on the side and the top of the microwave when i questioned it they said they going to find out what happened and they will contact me on Monday. Monday came and gone so decided to call them yesterday and said they going to get the lady to call me back. after waiting for over 2 hours no response. so called them again and they don't pick the phone up at customer service. this is totally unacceptable. the store is Game Vincent in East London.
almost every day getting calls regarding the same matter. i am paying my installments every month with them, i have told them how many times the same thing over and over and over. now they are just harassing me. After all these calls my answer every time is no but they are persistent. I promise if i have to get one more call regarding the same matter i will lay a charge for harassment.

Telkom has failed to contact me regarding my cancelation of my account. after how many phone calls from the VVM Attorneys. they told me that they going to contact telkom to call me regarding my account. Now they telling i need to contact telkom. I will not.
The worst internet service provider. Always looking for excuses
Never getting any feedback from them. so frustrating. send emails no response. Call them no help.
i have canceled my contract with telkom online. when i went threw the process online and at the end of the process they said a consultant will contact me regarding my cancelation. till up to date had no feedback from anyone. Today i get a call that i have been handed over to the lawyers. Telkom is getting worse and worse by the day. I will not do business with them or recommend it to anyone. By handing me over will not solve the issue. Do what you need to do
If i could i would not even give a rating. Once again FNB does not live up to their promises. There is no more words to explain this. So yes i am so cross at the moment with them, after you make arrangement with them and then they hand you over. What a joke this is . So they must not waste their time to contact me because i am not interested in any thing they have to say
