Loot has a single contact number which is currently not being answered. It also has one email, which is also currently being ignored I have proof of payment for items but no purchase has happened- items still in the inbox
Exclusive Books really does care about its customers. A brand new book, which is presented in store cannot be exchanged after 45 days, even if the customer has a slip. That is really unreasonable- if the book is still in stock (which it was) why on earth does it matter if it more than 45 days? Time to get reasonable Exclusive Books. Please do not chicken out by sending a direct message..be bold and honest enough to respond publicly
Makro in-store prices are impossible to find without visiting the store. If one searches meat prices - the only meat prices that show will be the online orders which doe not include any FRESH MEAT. Why is this so difficult to do Makro?
Shocking service as usual from MTN - for the 3rd time daughter has been put in danger when her data stops working. Although she has plenty on her account. MTN has done NOTHING to remedy this from happening. Could their service be any worse
MTN now have a super revamped customer service centre in Morningside on summit Rd It looks lively and very happy with yellow all over. All this is completely spoilt very poor service- I count 5 counters with no staff - leaving just three being used- waiting for simple is thus very long. Time for MTN to prioitise customer care not impressive look and feel!
Cape Town branch service is poor. Simple water took about 45min, even after asking 3 times Then asking for the bill took a frustratingly long time
Do not get a homeloan from Nedbank. Their customer care is completely non-existent, inefficient and incompetant. Left hand has no idea what the other is doing - contradictory advise and more. I recently tried to get a Home loan extension - application took at least 3 hours of my time and about a dozen emails. Nedbank - please DO NOT phone me - your apology will be useless! Rather take feedback and improve - if you care.
Very poor service - this so called security company has been asked repeatedly by my complex's managers to Programme my and other residents' remotes. Despite 2 weeks of asking the have not bothered to do anything. This puts at risk my complex Bangalore Mews Sunningill.
Clicks Pharmacies are the only dispensary who do not accept a digital script from a Dr. All other pharmacies including Dischem and all others accept this. We are referring to a digital script created on a secure app approved by all. This is unacceptable service - if they have any sense they will review this policy, but frankly I don't think they care.
