I very disappointed about the service which I did received from Dischem Boksburg North Clinic the sister was very unfriendly after I booked a service online I do this very year for Vitality health she did promise to me back. No call received back.I did address the matter with the Manager also call received back
Service is quiet poor jn respond time. BM Selinder was never informed I raise a enquiry in January .New debit order details was signed debit order in January never off in February email send to find why? No respond received I have to call today on to find out policy lapse. I run out off airtime the told me she will me back with ref no no respond received back.She was going to refer the matter her supervisor. Liberty Life time frame in responding are very poor
I did send them an email in 23 December 2025 and 29 January 2026 to change details for payment. Try to call can't get through. Live chat no respond
I did order on 21 January 5 blowdry brushes which I was told I will received the items on 29 January. Today I will credited with a voucher no email received I have to contacted the call centre where was told the item out of stock.Funny enough the item still appear on their catalog. That one of the reason why people buy from overseas. Communication is very poor
Last week Friday walk into Fair Price Boksburg in Leeuwpoort street to purchase the stickers chair which was advertised @5 for R40 promotion did end on 23 November. They me I can't purchase them cause they gave reach they limit.There was still stock. If I want it I must paid R30 each for them which I did refuse to do so see screenshot attached

Contact upgrade with direct MTN sales consultant by name Of Lunga on 27;March 2025 only received cellphone on 10 April after making numerous calls only to find out wrong was sent.I gave to keep making follow up when will the wrong to collect eventually it was collected by DSV courier on 24 April after also making numerous call.I still awaiting for Lunga to call me back when will I receive my correct phone When I call he is busy his colleagues told me he will phone me back which never happened

Makro Edenvale I booked return on 17 February no one came to collect .I took the in next 21 February at Makro Edenvale .Spoke Debbie Manthtree (Manger) Thulani.On Friday I phone the by the name of Salomie told she will call me back . Yesterday I phoned again and she told she's on lunch will call back now call.Tiday call again spoke to Mpho twice after dropping the call left message for Debbie Manthtree and Thulani ( Team leader to call me still awaiting for my refund back
