I bought a Grundig Oven, which was a lovely product till it stopped working. I was referred to Reachdin Projects by Defy, originally helpful - but only till they have to deliver service. I spoke to Nathan and Damien, I am very certain they cannot spell the word service - they are the 2 most unhelpful and careless persons I have dealt with in years! It is shocking that we must just except this poor quality of service!! I am struggling now for almost 2 weeks, they don't return calls, they don't come back to me with answers. Never the less it is quite disappointing that Grundig and Defy associates themselves with a company like this. I will never buy or recommend Grundig or Defy as a result of my dealings with this company.

We checked in at 3pm on Saturday 26 October, we couldn't park in the parking area for the hotel, as it was full. We had to carry our baggage for about 1km, and the staff was not willing to assist in any way. On our arrival back at the hotel at about 11pm, there was still no parking available, the team at the service counter just explained that is is not their problem, again they were not willing to assist in any way, they just said that management is aware of the problem, it is not their problem. After my complaints I have asked the guy on duty for their email address, he even gave my wrong email address. I will defiantly never go back to this hotel group, and I will not recommend the hotel to anybody, their service is poor and the staff that I delt with was arrogant!!
I bought a Dell Laptop from Takealot.com in December 2023, during June 2023 the laptop died, I have send the laptop in for repairs - a week later I have received the laptop back - not repaired - apparently no fault found. The laptop switched on and worked till the battery was flat, and died again. I bought another power supply unit in order to get the laptop working, thus the psu is faulty. I have send the psu back for a warranty claim, now 3 weeks later and I still don't have my psu back. I will never ever buy another Dell laptop, it is really a inferior product, without any backup warranty. Takealot is even more useless than the junk they sell, they buy and distribute from useless companies that hide behind them, and you can't talk to anybody that is willing to help. I will never ever by from Dell or Takealot again, and I will not recommend any Dell equipment to anybody. Stay away from Dell and Takealot!!

We bought a property in Stellenbosch and DKVG Attorneys was elected to do the transfer of the property, We have been dealing with Marisa Koorts from the Belville branch, really not a great experience from day one, defiantly not willing to walk a mile, and defiantly not willing to walk an extra mile. The contract is very clear on the occupation dates, and yet Marisa have deducted R21k from the monies that was payable to us. I have been sending her emails requesting and demanding the payment as per the contract, she does not even bother to answer the emails. I will not recommend DKVG and defiantly never work with them in my life, really the worst conveyance attorneys I have worked with in my life!
We have delivered my vehicle to Gary van Dyk at Boland Isuzu in 170 Main Road, Paarl on the 11th of June 2024, after numerous emails the vehicle is still not settled and I still have not received the balance owed to me. My experience with this dealership is really bad, I have lodged a complaint at the MIO in the mean time. Please be careful for this dealer ship.
I bought a VW Caddy from Niyaaz at Mekor Honda at Cana Walk in Century City. Today it is 4 weeks ago that I took delivery and I still don't have the license docs for the vehicle. I have explained to Niyaaz multiple times that I cant get the tracking device activated without the docs, but it just doesn't seem to bother him. I have send Niyaaz multiple messages but he doesn't even answer my messages.
My wife went to Medi Clinic Stellenbosch on Monday night at about 19:45 after she had a bad cut in her hand and needed stiches. After 1,5 hours she has managed to stop the bleeding with material she had in the car, after 2 hours not one of the personnel offered to help, asked what was wrong or offered any assistance. Eventually she left without any medical help. This is very bad for private medical care - I really hope somebody can get involved because this is not our first bad experience with Medi Clinic Stellenbosch
