Fedhealth are ****mers
Fedhealth is a complete ****. Emergency a few weeks ago had me rushed to my covered hospital after a bad laceration on a Sunay evening. Fedhealth says they won't pay as I didn't get authorization beforehand..... whole I was bleeding out. Takes advantage of struggling south Africans and needs to be investigated and shut down. None of the coverage I pay for I recieve. It's a complete ****!

Uber Eats - will take your money if order undelivered
My Uber Eats Driver refused to hand over delivery as his bike broke. 2 phone calls to him and watching my order in transit for 90 minutes. I then cancelled and Uber Eats charged me pretty much the full total. There's no way to get your money back. If your a typical SA family that can afford KFC on Friday night, rather go fetch it yourself or you risk losing your money and meal

Fedhealth - handed over without any Bill, phone call or notice - Service Degraded badly
Handed over for a Blood Test i did last year. No Bill sent to me, no phone call. i just get handed over for R462. Terrible Service. Thank you Blake and Associate's for letting me know. Time to find a better Medical aid

Afrihost - No Service on a new install
Shameful Service. 3 weeks of waiting for a critical install with 0 feedback and multiple escalations. Afrihost has 0 connection to open serve and cannot do anything. I am ordering the same package via web Africa now too see if I get service. They dropped off a UPS tye day after my order and have done 0 to assist me get my install done with open serve. Useless

CELL C - COMPLETELY CRIMINAL!
Cancelled Cell C Contracts several times telephonically and Email and they just keep on debiting my account (Over a year now). Reversing the Debit order kills credit score. DO NOT GET A CONTRACT VIA CELL C NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL LOOKS. CELL C takes you hostage. Rather use a proper Cell Provider. Stealing from already struggling South Africans. Companies like this make me sick and should be SHUT DOWN Complete SCAMMERS!

CAPFIN always been fantastic - Through the Good times and the Hard!
Capfin has always been there during the rough time especially in these trying times as a South African. Many Successful and beneficial Loans over the years. When my wife lost her Job With the Covid Crisis, they were extremely supportive and allowed her to pay off her account in smaller amount's. very Nice Staff and wonderful People.

Standard Bank - Top Notch even when there are problems.
I saw double debits coming off my accounts this morning. First thought was "Oh No" now i have to spend time with the bank on the phone. Logged into my Internet Banking and automatically got a message stating they are aware of double debits and are remediating and apologies for the inconvenience. I'm giving another five star as I appreciate the fact that they pick this up fast and tell the customers upon login. Standard Bank always on the ball!!!
