Honestly I regret going to maponya Mall hauwei store and take a contract I'll never go there anymore an I'll never recommend anyone to make a deal with them At 1st they clone the with there display display phone my phone was playing advert day and an night I was so annoyed I had to take the phone back an they refuse to give me transport money for there mistake that they did I'm still saying I regret taking this device at maponya Mall hauwei store They lady never explain any T&Cs nothing 1st installment R448 when I go to store an ask about this installment she said she forgot to tell me about the fee like what the **** is that how can you forget your job while the customer it's infront of you I hate that store ever PLEASE WHO EVER READ THIS AVOID GOING TO MAPONYA MALL HUAWEI STORE use alternative if possible you will regret it's my 1st month but it's enough already 👺👹😡

On the 29.11.2024 I was went to maponya mall ackamans to refund when I get to the door Nhlanhla the lady whose working in the so she was so rude together with the security I was even shocked 😮 how they shouted at me as if I've ****** something before I even tell them why I'm in the store I bought clothes in town for R781 then I exchange others they took the original slip they gave me an exchange when I request for copy of the original slip they told me about store budget then I left so at maponya mall when I tell them what happened they didn't even bother to listen to me Andile nz the mgr I had to wait for her for 30 minutes on the door even her she didn't even try an means as mgr to found out about the slip she only said I CAN'T DO Refund now I've to spend other money again an go to other ackamans because of Poor customer service of mgrs please try to teach your mgr an stuff customer service ackamans at maponya mall service it's really annoying 😡😡😡
On the 7th of September I app**** for 2 pot system savings money nothing was happening when I track my claim then. On 16 September I tied to call and the call duration was more than 40minites I got a guy called Sipho Ngidi he said to me they send me an email regarding my bank statement and ID copy I told him that I did not get anything I ask him to confirm the email that they use when they when they send email regarding outstanding document we Only to find out that they type mungaeco.com instead of munj***.com then he told me that I should submit my document to sc_Horizon@alexforbes.com I did so then on the 18 September 2024 I call again doing follow up regarding my document that I've sent on the 16 September 2024 I find the lady she was so rude to me because she told me that I should not call again I can't Remember her name I had to wait for 50 minutes so that they can answer the call she told me that the email sc-Horizon@alexforbes.com that they gave me it's wrong an stop calling I should use 2potclaimAF@alexforbes.com no problem I did that again send my document this showed me how *********** they are wen dealing with other people money because it cannot that all people that I've call they are giving me wrong information after I spent so much money calling nxa Monday, I went to Alexforbes at Sandton I found the lady and she check my status she said to me all the email that they gave to send my document are wrong both of them i was so angry even now I'm still annoyed about the service I had with alexforbes stuff. Today its more than 20 days waiting but no communication nothing if that's how you dealing with people your service its really annoying
I don't know Why you keep advertising your sim card and minutes and data because YOU ARE a lier every time I've to go after you sending emails reminding with what you promise your customers as if I'm getting all this for free I've been sending emails but your keep ignoring them but I'm not surprised that's how is your customers FNB customer service it's really terrible I don't wanna lie I don't see myself upgrading with any of your products sies
Hi On the 06.08.2024 Tuesday I went to maponya mall FNB branch to inquire about share saver account but that time I didn't have my phone with me by that time I think the branch had a visitors because they were going on each employee watching them while they assist customers I went to a guy I think his name is Bonginkosi he assisted me well he put me through the phone to talk to investment people so I didn't have my phone with me so they couldn't send me OTP I told the guy that I'll be back let me go home get the phone When I come back the guy on the entrance he told me that because you here an you did explain that you going to get a phone the is no need to take a ticket I waited almost an hour there supervisor going up an down passing me after that hour because she notice that the branch it's getting full she came to me ask me questions I explain to her she went to fatch a phone to call share saver department then she asked me that do I have FNB SIM card I said then she change her mind giving me the phone she only give me a number to call share saver department then she left The number required me to have air time so it was not easy to tell her that because she let me already then now I'm busy up an inside branch asking phone to call the department then the other guy gave me he left I'm alone again The guy that was assisting me in the morning Bonginkosi come back after a long time when I try to explain that I was here in the morning assisting me about share saver He asked me a ticket when I try to explain that they said I shouldn't take it because I was here in the morning I didn't finish explaining everything he told me that he cannot assist me without a ticket an he doesn't have a phone I pointed a landline on his desk that in the morning you put me through that landline he refused to assist me I end up leaving the branch without any assistance after I spend to much time and it shows that FNB employees they do more service if the are visitors because in the morning I didn't struggling everything was smooth I hate walk in branch I prefer online I don't know when I'll go to the branch again yoh I had a long day Tuesday without any assistance at maponya mall FNB
I app**** for DStv internet flite our agreement for deduction was on the 27 but they didn't deduct so for my side to avoid more fees I paid when I contact them I got Gcwalisile she just told me that they can't refund my money to my bank account she will put it on my DStv account I was not told the reason why they are doing that she just ended our lives chart she was so rude an I never thought a big company like DStv can't refund customer into their bank account but Gcwalisile just said it all please if the is any training please offer Gcwalisile because her service it's really bad an annoying
I went to the store 31/12/2023 I saw 330ml black label the price was R154. but when I went to the tills it's scanning R159 I told the lady her name it's Dineo she told me the is nothing she can do she will tell the buyers the fix the matter we waiting for response for more than 30 minutes no was was attending us I ask the name of the lady she refused to tell me she was telling me I should **** off near her the is nothing she can do I was ****ed 😡 with her service she doesn't act like leader she even told me that even I can report her the it's nothing they can do to her because the owner of the shop's are after money I asked her about CPA Policy she doesn't know anything the only thing new was swearing at me I didn't know that if I see something wrong in the store supervisor should swear customers and if super Store mgr don't deal with this I will escalate the matter I'm still angry I was not happy at all DINEO you don't have leadership skills at all I don't want to lie your service as a leader sucks
Hi On the 23.11.2023 I was at maponya mall rage store to do an exchange I explain to the till operator that the granny of the child bought shoe's for my daughter and she didn't gave me slip because she stays at kzn but an I asked if can they send the picture of the slip or send the till slip number but the till operator told me that my granny should come to JHB maponya mall with an attitude I repeated that I want to do exchange NOT a refund still she told me that my grandmother should come to JHB maponya mall rage to do all the transaction I was so disappointed rage it's not the store that I can recommend to anyone due to bad service that I had I will try to sell the shoes so that I can get the fitting size for my child I'm so ****ed
Hi I've done my laybye at sneakers factory around jubert in JHB CBD around July and they told me that they don't have the size but I can laybye size 8 they will do IBT for me from other store an I've been going to the store to check if my takkies has arrived or not but no takkies has arrived but they told that they will keep updating me none of them did that today 24.11.2023 I went to a store to check my IBT still no laybye has arrived I gave them my ID to check they did they find my information on the system they told me that they don't do refund during Black Friday I was so shocked they change again they say they do refund without a slip even though they have my information on the system using my ID number they refuse I had to drive back to Soweto to fatch the slip so that they can refund me but when I get there they were swearing at me telling that R250 it's nothing infront of customers they didn't want to assist me specially the guy with tattoos he was the one who was swearing me more they just throw my sleep away they I asked why did you want a slip if they won't use it they keep on swearing me no more trying to laybye to sneakers factory shops any store what I saw today was too much from the people that deals with customers 😕😕 useless n boring annoying customer service
