I had upgraded 3 in November 2023 by MTN via the their subsidiary ignition which entailed anytime 525 minutes and 31 gigs of data valid for 3 years . In September 2024 the minutes was changed to 25 minutes by MTN in house team without informing me. After engaging with Nonhalanhla of Ignition she advised the above. MTN has since only allocated me 25 minutes per month which is not the contract I agreed to in November 2023. I still await a resolution and the full 525 minutes which the contract entailed. Not receiving my monthly statements on my e-mail despite calls to mtn and using there app and using the whatssap facility. Its very frustrating for such a simple service that cannot be maintained monthly.

Security checks on exit at your springfield store shows total disregard for customer items that was purchased. Security made sure grocery items were handled haphazardly. They showed zero customer service. Makes me reconsider when shopping there going forward.
