Bunch of *******, dishonest good for nothings. Bought a fridge freezer from them. They have given me a defected defy unit which I have logged for them to collect. The product has been collected a week ago. They have not replaced the item or given me a refund. They have been avoiding all points of communication.
By far the worst Property Agency to have run your block of flats. Their portfolio manager Lana is once of the worst people to deal with,never taking responsibility for her actions and gives Atlee a bad name. They would rather work against you as a client and save faces with others and it's trustees.we have charges on our Levies which don't even make sense. Never thinking of the owners and residence they are suppose to take care off but rather have them dig deeper holes in their pockets during this hard times.
ToysRus Pavilion are selling used Good to consumers. I have purchased a volkano tablet for my little 1 only to open it and have it with scuff marks and scratches. I arrived a the store to return the product for a new 1 and it was the same. I asked for my refund and Anand/kaylin both store managers refused to do so. Anand has no customer etiquette and was extremely rude. It's the 2nd time I've dealt with him. I have left the tablet in store as they refuse to return my money. Head office have still not returned my call.
****roach found in my chowmein which I ordered from tommy's sushi in paradise junction sarnia. Absolutely sick to my stomach, the hygiene there is terrible. Steve the manager refused to take my call. I will be contacting the health department.
Pathetic customer service from Hirsh springfield in Durban. I have complained about my defy gas stove as the panels have started to rust on a stainless steel product. Due to the pandemic it was impossible getting a hold of them. Eventually whn I have, they told me that the extended warranty does not cover rust and that Defy nor them can do anything about it as they do not know how I had taken care of the product. The Hirsh customer person assisting was Dhirvan Lalbudthar. Completely rude and wasn't helpful towards my dispute. I would not recommend any person to their store or to purchase a defy product.
I have had my membership with the fun company for many a years. over the years i have collected thouseands of tickets on my card hoping to someday use it on 1 of the expensives prizes i had my eye on which was the drone. so ive taken my littel 1 to the fun company at the Pavillion only to find out i have no more tickets.the assistant insisted that i could have had another card or used up the 10000 - 15000 plus tickets i have had but they are unable to provide any proof.i left my details about 2 weeks ago with them and still have not recieved any feedback or compensation of my points.total rip off if you ask me and pathetic customer service.
Good day Hope this mail finds you well. I have been having issues with Flexiclub.i have signed a time share with them for points so I could use it to book a holiday,to my surprise I have been paying for 3 years and when I finally decide to use my points to make a booking they tell me I need to make an upfront payment for Levi charges.i have been totally misrepresented and mislead and not getting anything that the sales consultant promised when signing me up.i have close to 10 000 points and almost R3000 in a savings portion and they do not want to refund my money.they have also taken payment for an entire year via debit order and have not allocated points as per the aggreement.i was only allocated the points after confronting them on this.so how many others have this scam been done too.im also being charged interest which we where not been made aware off.ive even written up to the director but he too seems to be of no help and expects for me to forfeit all payments to get out of this so called contract and make upfront payment for using the free holiday which was given to us and pay back on a holiday that was discounted.now when I try making booking there is nothing available as well.i have screenshots to prove this. You feedback and help would be highly appreciated. More info can be explained telephonically. I have purchased a symphony range slab of chocolate and to my surprise when I opened it to consume it had mould,webs and a worm like insect.i have contacted the suppliers as well as the company that manufactures the goods.service recieved from them where horrific.i wasnt happy with the outcome as I have spoken to joshaphine from tigerbrands telling her the goods had almost been consumed by kids and I was going to post this on helopeter as well as social media.her response was you can go ahead and do that.all they did was offer a refund and to replace the product.i had taken the product back to the store and the entire batch had the same result,filled with mould,webs and worms.
