They just keep taking and taking, rain needs to sort out their billing issues before they face serious legal action
We purchased our home that seemed to be in good condition and unfortunately we were sold a dream. The body corporate and it’s management are no where to be found. We moved in June 2023 and it is September 2023, we have not had hot water for weeks due to an issue with the geyser, no assistance with claiming from insurance whatsoever, instead our phone calls, emails and messages are ignored as is the property itself. Terrible service or rather no service at all. Gerhard Bernadi is incapable of doing his job, totally ***********. We are suffering
We struggled to get a new line, eventually got through and made payment, 34 days later, no router no fibre. Contact centre numbers don’t go through, emails are not responded to, what do we do? Take legal action?
My account was hacked and I contacted the contact centre and I was assisted by an agent that wasn’t happy with the way the agent handled my issue. My account has been disabled and when I tell you. THE ***** DEPARTMENT IS UNAVAILABLE, I am so disappointed in this bank
On the 21st of February I ordered clothing online of which it was not my first time ordering. I received an invoice and communication via email and since then no notification that the items were ready for collection, customer service number does not go through, courier company tracking system has no date estimate for delivery, until today, my order has not been received. I want my money back or fix this. Absolutely poor service for such a reputable clothing store
We have been using their services for some time now and they are super affordable and reliable. Their prices are extremely affordable. Unfortunately we have had an displeasing experience over the phone with a lady by the name of Charity, she's rude, impatient and unnecessarily terrible to communicate with. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Over all, great service.
We purchased the bread from a well known hypermarket and found a bug inside the bread bag. Really disappointed because this is a reputable brand.
I ordered and the delivery guy arrived at the building, we were communicating through the app, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called security to allow him into the building and he remained downstairs. He sent me a very rude message and cancelled my order. Might not use this app again if the service of the delivery guys is this disgusting. His name on the app is Nkosinathi Jacob, he is tarnishing the reputation of UberEats honestly.
Horrible horrible service. Change the management or shut the place down. This is unacceptable, MacDonald's is a reputable fast food franchise and this particular McDonald's in Small street is disgraceful. I have had several bad experiences. The staff is one thing but the food they prepare is another!
I had an issue at an ATM, it seems the it was faulty. I called the Capitec Bank contact centre and a lady by the name of Bonita assisted me. She was so friendly, patient and efficient, I was really impressed and quite relieved. Great service! Keep it up
